Research On Countermeasures Of Sports Event Operation Under Normalization Of Epidemic Prevention And Control

Since my country issued "Several Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Development of Sports Industry and Promoting Sports Consumption"("Document No.46")in October 2014,it has effectively promoted the development of my country’s sports industry.Sports events are the core of the sports industry.It is an important driving force in the rapid development of my country’s sports industry.In the context of a "sports powerhouse",the goal that the sports industry will become a pillar industry of the national economy by 2035 has been put forward.At present,the world epidemic has not yet ended.my country will continue to maintain the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Public health emergencies have many impacts on the operation of sports events.Based on the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,sports events will be resumed in a scientific and orderly manner,and the sports industry will be fully promoted.Resume work and production,and explore the diversified operation mode of sports events under the new situation.This paper uses literature,data analysis,PEST analysis and other research methods to analyze the impact of public health emergencies on the operation of sports events from the perspective of stakeholder theory and the construction of a full-element model.The Chinese University Basketball League is used as a case to analyze its emergencies.Event operation under public health incidents and sorted out.From this,the research on the response strategy of sports event operations under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control has drawn the following conclusions:(1)Public health emergencies have brought many restrictions on the operation of sports events.my country’s sports industry is in a stage of rapid development.As an important part of the competition,the performance industry is actively responding to it to protect the people under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control.Life safety is a major prerequisite to effectively promote the recovery of sports events-related activities and help promote the resumption of work and production of the sports industry in all aspects.(2)Strategies for the operation of sports events under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control: sports event broadcast rights optimize resource integration through diversified broadcast forms,and enhance value realization;sports event sponsorship,in-depth exploration of the match between event brands and enterprises,and provide more Cooperation model;derivative product development,sublimation of event culture,cross-border cooperation derived;ticket revenue,innovative operation of online tickets,providing diversified and personalized customized services,and increasing revenue generation;event marketing combined with new media development,focusing on digital marketing,precision marketing techniques.(3)Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,full use of information technology and digital media for event operations,while reducing the negative impact of epidemic prevention and control measures on event operations,it also provides more possibilities for future event operations and development Sex.
