The sudden COVID-19 outbreak has been effectively controlled under the joint efforts of the Party,the government and the public.With the epidemic leveling off,prevention and control of the epidemic has entered a stage of normalization,which poses new challenges to voluntary services for community prevention and control.At present,Chinese scholars have carried out a lot of research and exploration on voluntary services for community epidemic prevention and control on a regular basis.However,the research on voluntary failure during the period of community prevention and control volunteer service is rarely discussed.Taking A community as an example,this paper,by means of data collection,questionnaire survey,participatory observation and other methods,sorts out the phenomenon of volunteer failure in A community prevention and control volunteer service,such as lack of community volunteer service resources,narrow field of community volunteer service activities,insufficient degree of residents' participation in volunteer service and low professional level of volunteers.The voluntary failure theory to analyze the causes of voluntary failure,using the experience of domestic excellent community prevention and control of voluntary service,put forward security funding community volunteer team,optimize the community volunteer service field,strengthen prevention and control of volunteer team ability construction,improve the security and incentive mechanism countermeasures and Suggestions such as enhancing the training system,further improve the community prevention and control the volunteer service system.
