| At the beginning of 2020,a sudden COVID-19 epidemic broke out quietly.With the continuous deterioration of the epidemic,it evolved into an unexpected public health event with the fastest transmission speed,the widest impact range and the greatest difficulty in prevention and control since the founding of the People’s Republic of China.Facts have proved that the epidemic has had an all-round and profound impact on the work and life of the people throughout the country.For the market players,especially in the initial stage of small and micro enterprises,is undoubtedly worse,the survival situation is worrying.In 2020,the Research Report on the Impact of COVID-19 on Small and Medium Enterprises and Countermeasures and Suggestions released by China’s Small and Medium Enterprises Association showed that 67.69% of enterprises reported a sharp decline in business revenue.In addition,the questionnaire survey conducted by School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University on 995 small and medium-sized enterprises affected by the new epidemic showed that 85.01% of them could last for 3 months at most,and only 9.96% could last for more than 6 months,indicating that the survival situation of enterprises under the epidemic is not optimistic.As the country provinces and a series of strong measures,the epidemic prevention and control absolute victory is gained in our country,in April 2020,since entering the normalized phase of the epidemic prevention and control,but still the current outbreaks in the global pandemic,in our country also present a local outbreak and sporadic distribution characteristics of normalized epidemic prevention and control is still the country an important work,and to explore the epidemic to the enterprise survival and development is the focus of academic research.In view of this,this paper selects the university student start-up enterprises in Gongqing City as the research object,focuses on the impact of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control on the university student start-up enterprises in Gongqing City,and proposes countermeasures.It is the only city named after the Communist Youth League in China,and it is worthy of the name of the "National Youth Entrepreneurship Base".It has 8 universities and more than 70,000 students.In recent years,more and more college students devote themselves to entrepreneurial practice,and college start-up enterprises show a trend of agglomeration and development.At present,Gongyouth City has built platforms supporting college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship,such as College Student Pioneer Park,Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park and Digital Economy Industrial Park.All these provide a good research foundation for the research of this paper.The logical framework of this paper is as follows: First,by introducing the research background and significance,the research method and research object of this paper are summarized,and the current situation and limitations of the research are analyzed according to the literature review at home and abroad,and the research methods and ideas are proposed.Secondly,it expounds the theoretical basis of the thesis,including entrepreneurial management theory and crisis management theory.Thirdly,summarize the current development status and supporting policies of college students’ entrepreneurial enterprises,and analyze the policies.Then,various forms of investigation and analysis were carried out on college students’ entrepreneurial enterprises in Gongqing City under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,and specific problems were summarized.Then,put forward specific coping strategies.Finally,the conclusion and prospect are drawn.This paper focuses on the impact of COVID-19 on college students’ entrepreneurial enterprises in Gongqing City,closely following the hot front,which has a strong practical significance and social benefits.It can enrich and supplement the few such studies at present,and has a strong theoretical significance. |
