Research On Resource Sharing Of College Sports And Community Sports Under The Normalization Of Epidemic Prevention And Control

2020 the outbreak of novel coronavirus pneumonia has brought great losses to the whole society.The sudden epidemic has brought great impact to China and even the world.The outbreak of COVID-19 in the world,how to improve the physical fitness of the whole people has become a hot issue attracting much attention.Wuhan is the hardest hit area of COVID-19.Wuhan's college sports and community sports are bound to face enormous challenges.Under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control,colleges and universities adopt closed management,and how to effectively promote the sharing of college sports and community sports resources is the purpose of this paper.In the current situation of the normalization of epidemic prevention and control management,this paper takes the university sports and community sports resource sharing as the research object.Through the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey,field survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the current situation of experts,physical education teachers,students and community residents in 10 universities and communities in Wuhan Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper makes a comparative analysis of college sports and community sports resources sharing before and after the epidemic in Wuhan,and puts forward the optimization strategies to promote the effective sharing of college sports and community sports resources under the normalization of the current epidemic prevention and control work.The conclusions are as follows:1.Through the comparative analysis of human resources,facilities,financial resources and information sharing resources in Wuhan,college teachers and students have participated in community guidance,and the proportion of college teachers and students to community guidance decreases significantly;the utilization rate of universities and community resources is low,causing waste of resources.Most of the funds from universities and communities for sports are used through government funding and college site revenue;universities and communities are using publicity as the main way of information sharing.2.Through the case analysis of wuhan buting community,concluded that community fitness strong awareness,rich site resources,financial channels rely on enterprise and community service construction,docking with Jianghan University sports resources,buting community has unique experience in college resources,site resources,financial resources,realize the sharing mode of "community + college volunteers".3.After the epidemic,there are some problems in Wuhan University Sports and community sports,such as waste of venue resources,weak sense of sharing,lack of professional social sports guidance,lack of funding sources and so on.4.Addresses the problems of sports and community sports resources sharing in Wuhan universities,proposes optimization strategies: strictly abide by epidemic prevention and control requirements,strengthen college and community sharing;develop college and community site resources sharing measures;fully use social resources and strengthen sports resources sharing guarantee;raise the awareness of college and community sports resources sharing;build a sharing platform for college and community sports resources.
