As a part of the teaching and research system,teaching and research activities play an important role in promoting the deepening of the new curriculum reform,the development of schools,the professional development of teachers and the improvement of education and teaching quality.As an objective educational existence of teachers’ post-vocational education,teaching and research activities also play an important role in improving the quality of basic education in China.Teachers become researchers,which has become a requirement of the status of teachers,is the inevitable change of teachers’ teaching and research,so teaching and research activities in schools has been very urgent,the party and the state also attaches great importance to this.Combined with the exam-oriented education management constraints,the traditional mechanical force-feeding teaching has been unable to meet the social demand for the cultivation of innovative talents,so the reality of society need to be reversed transmission current teachers must become research,through the daily teaching practice,combined with the teaching theory in order to develop research,to promote students’ physical and mental development,meet the needs of society.Based on the teaching and research activities of teachers in the "teaching for the sake of teaching and research",the lack of theoretical support,support is not in place,so that the level of teaching and research problems,this paper has defined the connotation and characteristics of teaching and research activities,and the practice of teaching and research activities and theoretical basis for in-depth analysis.Through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and other methods to take A Primary School in Kunming City as an example,through the investigation of the status quo of the implementation of teaching and research activities in A Primary School,find out its existing problems and explore its causes,carry out case practice,and further put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the implementation of teaching and research activities in this primary school.This study consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose,research significance and research ideas and methods of this topic.The second part is the current situation of the implementation of the teaching and research activities in Kunming A Primary School,mainly from the investigation and research design,questionnaire analysis of the teaching and research activities in A Primary School,and the final evaluation of the survey results;The third part is to analyze the deficiencies of the teaching and research activities of the school,which is carried out from the four dimensions of the subject,practice,achievement and guarantee of the teaching and research activities through the investigation.The fourth part analyzes the reasons for the lack of teaching and research in primary school A,and analyzes the reasons from the aspects of teachers,team and school management.In the fifth part,the theoretical demands of teaching and research activities in primary school A are discussed from the relevance and necessity,and the typical practice cases of teaching and research activities in various provinces and cities are sorted out and analyzed.Finally,according to the above situation,the strategy of improving the quality of teaching and research activities is obtained,in order to provide help for the construction of teaching and research activities.
