| Classroom teaching is the basic form of secondary vocational education,and the quality of classroom teaching determines the quality of personnel training in secondary vocational schools.As the main body of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools,the teacher’s evaluation of the quality of teaching is helpful to improve the professional level of teachers and achieve the goal of training talents in secondary vocational schools.LLooking at the current evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching in vocational schools,the main body of evaluation involves peer teachers,supervision experts,students,parents of students and industry enterprises,the evaluation content includes the learning effect of students and the effect of teacher teaching,but the evaluation index is more general,does not distinguish between professional teachers and theoretical teachers,which to a certain extent affects the teaching quality evaluation effect of secondary vocational school professional teachers,restricting the reform and development of classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools.Therefore,based on the current situation of classroom teaching evaluation of teachers in secondary vocational schools,based on the theoretical basis and model method of the quality of education service,this paper constructs the classroom teaching evaluation index system for teachers in secondary vocational tourism management from the perspective of educational service object(students),and carries out empirical exploration to understand students’ tendency attitude and opinions towards classroom teaching of professional teachers The evaluation results of classroom teaching of teachers in tourism management,and finally compare the evaluation results based on the quality of educational services with those of peer teachers,further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the evaluation model based on the quality of educational services to the evaluation of secondary vocational classroom teaching,and then put forward strategies and suggestions for improving the classroom teaching quality of secondary vocational tourism management professional teachers based on the perception of educational service objects(students),and then put forward strategies and suggestions for the problems and shortcomings of the classroom teaching evaluation model based on the quality of education service.The direction of further research and improvement is proposed in the future.Firstly,through the investigation of the current situation of classroom teaching in local secondary vocational schools,this paper draws up the research direction of teachers’ classroom teaching evaluation,secondly,based on the literature research results of teaching evaluation and secondary vocational classroom teaching evaluation,combing,contrasting,analyzing and explaining,and then deepening the understanding of research problems and research objects,and determining the quality of educational service as the research perspective of this paper The model dimensions of secondary vocational classroom teaching evaluation based on the quality of educational service are revised,such as the method of participation or semi-participatory observation,the method of consultation of focus groups,etc.,and the system of specific indicators is collected,collated and summarized on the basis of literature reading,and after a round of experts’ evaluation of the importance of the initial index system and the interview opinions of the second round of experts,the evaluation model of secondary vocational classroom teaching based on the quality of educational service is finally determined The course is an example of empirical exploration,selecting students from 5 classes of LY Vocational Secondary Professional School in Guilin City for a sample survey,using the statistical analysis software SPSS26.0 to analyze the reliability of the collected survey data,description analysis,hierarchical analysis(IPA),through the gap score and IPA analyzes the hierarchy of indicators to understand students’ tendentious attitudes and opinions towards classroom teaching for professional teachers,and finally selects 7 teachers and subject leaders from different professional courses in secondary vocational tourism management to conduct interviews to understand the evaluation results of peer teachers on the classroom teaching of professional teachers in tourism management And compare and analyze with the evaluation results based on the quality of education service,further verify the feasibility and effectiveness of applying the evaluation model based on the quality of educational service to the evaluation of secondary vocational classroom teaching,and then put forward strategies and suggestions for improving the classroom teaching quality of secondary vocational tourism management professional teachers based on the perception of educational service object(student),and then put forward the direction of further research and improvement in the future in view of the problems and shortcomings of the classroom teaching evaluation model based on the quality of educational service. |
