Following our career education's growing continuously,the country's guideline of teaching theory in the career education is by using skills as a fundament,finding jobs as the direction and making service as an objective.It is becoming more and more agreeable in the society.How do you improve teaching quality in the technical colleges, so the graduates from the school can be accepted by existing companies and having medium professional qualifications as an employee? Those are hot spots in the country.Improving the teaching qualities in professional skill is a complex system.From the aspect of the curriculum in the thesis,it gives an idea that the entire curriculum of professional skill should be set up in order to improve teaching quality.As a component of the curriculum,the course evaluation is the quality assurance for achieving the target.The function of secondary vocational school is to train qualified and skilled workforce of industry,consturction,management,Public sevrice ect.,thereo,the classroom insturcting Pattenr and evaluation for the Patten differs from that in elementary eduaction.But due to the late start and quick leap of vocational eduaction in China,there are only limited researches on the evaluation of classoorm teaching in the eduaction,and the fundation of this evaluation for practical classroom activities is deprived from elementary eduaction which is not adaptable to the incerasing requirement of vocational eduaction in respect of its own characteristics and complexity.Thus,the major task in voactional eduactional reform is to exploer new evaluation system for classoorm insturction for the future in accordnace with insurtive theory and practiec.This thesis suggests a new concept of evaluation the developing evaluation of classorom teachnig,on the basis of recognition for assessment and evaluation of classroom teaching in combination with voactional training objective and tendency in the field.It further stresses that this new form of evaluation will develop into a new system to foster student's all-round development,to promote teacher's performance in insturction,and to innovate classroom teaehing.Moreover,the new evaluation will be applied to transfer the voactional training class into a much important centre of presenting new information,new attitude for public sevriecs and eduacting students with humnaism.The thesis is composed with five Parts:The fisrt Part elaborates the connotation of teaching skills of the classroom teaching evaluation in Seocndary voactional school.The second Part explains the theoertical foundation of the for classroom teahcing.The third Part discusses the establishment of the teaching skills of the classroom teaching evaluation system including the foundational principles,major contents and standards for evaluation.The fourth part introduces implementation and practice of the new evaluation. |
