Secondary vocational school is the cradle of training high-skilled talents, the teaching quality of secondary vocational education is very important.In this paper, the group decision theory is introduced into the secondary vocational school curriculum teaching quality evaluation and management mechanism, to improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational school, mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of secondary vocational school teachers’work, promote the development of the school teaching standardization, has important significance in theory and in practice.With the popularization of China’s secondary vocational education, teaching quality evaluation has received the widespread attention from all walks of life. Evaluate teaching quality in a way of science and effectively, by evaluating teaching quality of feedback control, not only can be accepted by the teacher, can promote the improvement of teaching quality, cultivate conforms to the social needs of talents, it can also with the international advanced education phase.The main work and results are as follows:1. According to some secondary schools teachers’teaching quality evaluation can not be effectively reflect the teaching staff in imparting knowledge to students, the cultivation of the ability and the effect of humanistic care, which is difficult to improve teachers’teaching quality present situation, the group decision theory, to explore a set of teaching quality evaluation method based on group decision theory.2. According to the group decision theory, this paper proposed a set of teaching quality evaluation system, to solve the traditional teaching quality evaluation’s problems, such as strong subjectivity of faults, to ensure that the results of secondary vocational teachers’teaching evaluation is scientific, objectivity and impartiality.3. With a secondary vocational school computer application basis teaching as an example using quality evaluation based on group decision theory application practice, through the empirical analysis, put forward some Suggestions to improve the teaching quality of the school.By the teaching quality assessment, The Secondary vocational school can be found that exist in the school education is not reasonable, and adjust and improve it in time, make it more reasonable.Teaching quality evaluation method of group decision theory to ensure the quality of teaching has great realistic meaning and profound value.
