Research On The Information Construction Of Financial Management In Q College

Colleges and universities are an important part of China’s education,an important place to cultivate talents,and the embodiment of China’s education level.With the rapid development of social economy and the strong support of the state for education,education has been booming.The scale of colleges and universities is expanding.The increasing student sources and diversified financial income bring great pressure on the management of colleges and universities.The traditional financial management mode can not meet the business needs of the information age.That business process is not unified and data information is confused are common problems in the financial management of colleges and universities.At the moment of 5G Internet,it is urgent to use information technology to change the financial management mode of colleges and universities,improve the level of financial management and promote the healthy development of Colleges and universities.This paper is committed to the research on the informatization construction of financial management in Q University under the informatization environment.Through the current academic research results and related theories,this paper takes Q University as the theoretical basis of this research,and takes Q University as a case study.Through experience summary,questionnaire survey and other ways,we can deeply understand the current situation of financial management in Q University,The problems of internal control system supervision,imperfect management mechanism and backward financial management software are diagnosed in the financial management of Q University.According to the theory of internal control and process reengineering,the constructive countermeasures such as establishing data interaction platform,internal control information,establishing information standard and business process information are put forward,In order to ensure the effective implementation of financial management information construction in Colleges and universities,this paper puts forward relevant safeguard measures.This paper applies the widely used financial data sharing concept in the construction of financial management information in Colleges and universities.Combining theory with practice,this paper designs a practical financial management information platform for Q University.This can not only improve the financial management level of colleges and universities,but also maximize the efficiency of running a school,And it has important reference significance for the construction of financial management information in other colleges and universities.
