measure in the process of Chinese football reform.In the past ten years,Guangzhou Evergrande Club has adopted a series of measures ranging from hiring top foreign players with high salaries to introducing foreign coaches at sky-high prices.Not only have the overall strength of its own team been qualitatively improved,but also its growth and development have affected all club teams.The reform of China also has a driving effect,and its demonstration effect has also brought a huge impact on the development and reform of football in our country.The record of the Chinese men’s football team is something we mentioned.Chinese football,which has been advancing through reforms,has not undergone substantial changes or breakthroughs.Whether foreign coaches come to "gold for gold" or pursue personal ideals,whether they take away fresh applause or a piece of chicken feathers,they have an unquestionable role in promoting the professional development of football in China and provide valuable for the reform of Chinese football.The flow of coaches is the flow of football concepts.This article takes the foreign coaches introduced since 1994 to 2019 in the professional reform and development of our country as the starting point of the research,using literature data method,historical reasoning method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and case analysis method,etc.The foreign coaches introduced by the football teams and the club Super League(12 A A,16 Chinese Super League)teams are the research objects.From the historical development process of the introduction of foreign coaches in my country,combined with the development and changes of Chinese football and the development and changes of world football,systematically sort out the necessity,guiding ideology,basic situation,advantages and disadvantages of foreign coaches introduced in my country,analyze and summarize them The impact and enlightenment on the development and reform of football in my country,with a view to deriving the experience and enlightenment on the work of introducing foreign coaches in my country,and provide different theoretical viewpoints for the development and reform of Chinese football.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1 During the 26 years of China’s football professionalism reform,China’s men’s football team has successively introduced 9 foreign coaches,and men’s football professional league has successively introduced 127 foreign coaches.The number of introduced teams and the number of introduced coaches both show a wavy upward trend.Attention should be paid to the purpose and quality of the introduction during the introduction process.2 The 136 foreign coaches introduced by China came from 25 countries in 4continents,among which 103 coaches were from Europe,followed by 18 coaches from Latin America,15 coaches from Japan and South Korea,and only 1 coach from Oceania was introduced.In the process of introduction,attention should be paid to the basic unity of style of imported foreign coaches in China.3 The oldest and youngest age of foreign coaches introduced into China is 73 years old and 39 years old,with an overall average age of 53.07 years old.The age structure of foreign coaches is basically reasonable.4 When Chinese teams employ famous international coaches with high salaries,they not only consider the advanced football concepts and rich coaching experience of foreign coaches,but also pursue other hidden benefits brought by famous coaches.The comprehensive quality of foreign coaches should be considered in the process of introduction.5 Most coaches of southern European or Korean nationality introduced by China are better than other coaches of foreign nationality in terms of salary,attitude and style of coaching.All teams should pay attention to the consistency and long-term stability of the overall importing style during the importing process.6 The introduction of foreign coaches in China is conducive to improving the teaching ability of local coaches;It is beneficial to accelerate the development and reform of Chinese football in various aspects.It is beneficial to the two-way development of China’s market economy and the Chinese Super League.It is conducive to better enhance the international status of China as a major sports country.7 In the process of introducing foreign coaches in China,the market disorder driven by the profit of gold and yuan,the influence of coaching motivation on coaching behavior,the frequent change of managers in pursuit of benefits,the incompatibility of ideas caused by cultural differences,and the different coaching environment under the influence of different national conditions are not conducive to the reform and development of Chinese football.In the process of introduction,we should establish the rules and regulations that are in line with international standards and have Chinese characteristics,we should be good at improving the level of local coaches through learning from others,and we should optimize and rebuild the environment for the survival and development of Chinese football.
