With the increasing development of social technology and statistics,the competition within companies is showing a diversified and systematic trend,and customer satisfaction plays a crucial role in the success or failure of enterprise competition.In the sports industry,customer satisfaction competition depends on environmental construction,hardware factors,brand factors,software factors,etc.Emphasizing customer satisfaction is the key to enterprise reform,innovation,and product optimization.How to deeply understand the real needs of customers is the focus of enterprise managers,and improving customer satisfaction is the key to retaining customers and promoting customer sharing of consumption.In the 21st century,modern consumers have become the main force of consumption.Compared with the consumer groups of the 1980 s and the older generation,modern consumers have more distinct consumer values.They were born in the Internet age,and their fragmentation knowledge structures have made them have a broader range of knowledge;Faced with the latest information from around the world,modern consumers are becoming more rational about their consumption.So,more and more scholars and researchers are paying attention to modern customer satisfaction research.From the 20 th century to the present,scholars’ research on the satisfaction of modern consumer groups has mostly focused on fast-moving consumer goods and other service industries,with relatively little research on the satisfaction of the sports training industry.With the increasing emphasis on physical fitness by the country,sports power was once included in the national development strategy.More and more capital is entering the sports training industry,and in order to achieve more stable development,more and more sports practitioners are paying attention to customer satisfaction research.This article takes T Company’s Taekwondo Club customer satisfaction improvement as the research topic.The paper first proposes the value and significance of this study in the context of market competition and maintaining customer relationships;Secondly,regarding the concepts of satisfaction and customer satisfaction;Domestic and foreign scholars have sorted out relevant research and theories on customer satisfaction,providing literature and theoretical basis for this study;The third method is to use questionnaires and interviews to investigate and analyze the customer service satisfaction of the Quando Club.The questionnaire is mainly based on the standards of the Chinese Taekwondo Association and the content of the customer satisfaction survey,combined with the actual situation of the Taekwondo Club,from the environmental construction,publicity consistency,personnel service,teaching quality,personnel service and other indicators,a total of 21three-tier indicators were designed,and five aspects were discussed.The questionnaire survey and interview results show that T Company’s Taekwondo Club has a high level of satisfaction in environmental construction and publicity consistency,while the satisfaction evaluation scores in personnel service,activity development,and personnel service are relatively low.The main problems are the low level of intelligence in customer management and the unscientific curriculum system;The service is not up to par;Individual coaches have low professional qualities.In response to the existing problems,this article proposes strategies to improve customer satisfaction of T Company’s Quando Club by optimizing the curriculum system,increasing investment in training facilities,optimizing teaching quality,and improving the club’s teacher ethics construction system.Through this study,the aim is to improve the service satisfaction of Taekwondo clubs,provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the sustainable development of Taekwondo clubs,and also provide reference and reference value for similar Taekwondo clubs.
