Research On The Training System Of E-Commerce Talents In Secondary Vocational Schools Under The Rural Revitalization Strategy

Since the poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies were proposed,the issues of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" have attracted more and more attention from all walks of life,and the development of rural economy and e-commerce industry has gained a new opportunity.Talent is the basis of economic development.The training of secondary vocational e-commerce talents provides an important talent support for the development of rural e-commerce economy and the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,especially in the supply chain of skilled talents.Compared with traditional e-commerce,rural e-commerce merchants should not only master the skills required by traditional e-commerce,but also be familiar with farmers,agricultural products,rural areas and other conditions.How to train technical talents suitable for the economic development of rural e-commerce through secondary vocational education has gradually become a hot topic of social research.Based on the system theory and combined with the analysis method of systems engineering,this paper studies the system structure and path of the training of e-commerce talents in secondary vocational schools.First of all,based on the literature reading and questionnaire survey method,combined with the rural revitalization strategy background,the questionnaire design is carried out from six aspects of the quality of the student source,target positioning,professional planning,teacher level,teaching management and teaching effect of secondary vocational e-commerce majors.Through a questionnaire survey of the teachers and students of secondary vocational e-commerce majors,and using SPSS software to test the credibility and reliability of the questionnaire,the current situation,problems and causes of the problems in the training of e-commerce talents in my country’s secondary vocational schools are systematically analyzed.Secondly,it analyzes the secondary vocational e-commerce talent training system under the rural revitalization strategy using system thinking.Defined the concept of secondary vocational e-commerce talent training,interpreted the elements,purpose,environment,and function of the system,and constructed a structural model of the system,including the training main body,process and mechanism and other subsystems.Thirdly,combined with the strategy of rejuvenating rural background,from the influence factor of secondary e-commerce talents cultivation path system analysis,combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis of the basic steps,clear the secondary e-commerce talents cultivation path index system of influencing factors,using real AHP software,the rationality of the index model and the index weight,build the secondary e-commerce talents cultivation path Influential factor system model.Finally,referring to the weight value in the secondary vocational e-commerce talent training quality model,the path of secondary vocational e-commerce talent training under the rural revitalization strategy is proposed from the six aspects of student source quality,target positioning,professional planning,teacher level,teaching management and teaching effect."Controlling the quality of students-accurately positioning the purpose of training-rationally planning the construction of the professional system-continuously optimizing teaching management-attaching importance to improving the construction of the teaching staff-continuously optimizing the teaching effect" procedural collaborative suggestion.
