In recent years,with the gradual expansion of the development scale of vocational education,the direction of talent output is still relatively single,the demand for all kinds of talents for Rural Revitalization is in short supply,and the talent training mode at the talent supply end needs to be adjusted as soon as possible according to the social demand.This paper investigates the current demand for rural talents in Hebi City,and analyzes the short board problems of rural labor force.The problems include: first,the education level of rural labor force is low;second,the age structure of rural labor force is unbalanced;third,the production mode of rural labor force is single.In the aspect of talent supply,this paper selects three representative Vocational Colleges in Hebi City for investigation and interview to understand the employment direction of graduates,and to investigate the rural employment willingness and influencing factors of students in school: the employment of secondary vocational school graduates tends to be one-sided,and almost no one goes to rural areas for employment;most of the students in school also expressed their unwillingness to work in the countryside;this paper analyzes the influencing factors of employment willingness,including the traditional culture teaching,the organization of rural practice activities,propaganda of Rural Revitalization Strategy and rural employment policy,and the establishment of employment guidance courses.The first three factors are significantly related to students' employment willingness.Based on the analysis of talent supply and demand,this paper summarizes the problems existing in secondary vocational education in terms of training objectives,professional layout and curriculum setting,specifically reflected in the inconsistency between training objectives and local talent demand,the mismatch between professional layout and talent demand,the mismatch between curriculum setting and talent demand.Based on the above investigation and analysis,the paper finally puts forward the countermeasures for the supply side reform of rural talent training from three perspectives,that is,secondary vocational education should be connected with the needs of the society to adjust the goal of talent training,aim at the revitalization of the countryside to optimize the professional layout,and match the needs of talents toimprove the curriculum,and strive to cultivate rural practical talents with ability,courage and action.In order to achieve the orderly connection between the current poverty alleviation and the Rural Revitalization Strategy,and to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the rural areas,secondary vocational education will make positive contributions.
