Research On The Cultivation Of Rural E-Commerce Talents In Higher Vocational Colleges In Hunan Province

The development of rural e-commerce can not only broaden the horizons of rural residents,expand the channels of agricultural production and operation,improve the allocation efficiency of agricultural resources,but also facilitate the development of rural social informatization.However,the current shortage of rural e-commerce talents has become one of the main obstacles to the development of rural e-commerce,thus further strengthen education professional e-commerce,e-commerce talent to increase transportation in rural areas,clearly has important practical significance for promoting the development of rural e-commerce.In this paper,electronic commerce talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hunan province rural problems as the research object.using the theory of cultivating e-commerce theory,human capital theory,occupation education theory and technology talents,introduces the rural electronic commerce talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges of Hunan Province,analyzes the existing problems and causes in the cultivation of rural electronic commerce talents of Higher Vocational Education in Hunan province colleges and universities,discusses the current implementation in Rural Revitalization of rural e-commerce talents development strategy,and puts forward the optimization measures of rural electronic commerce talents training in Higher Vocational Colleges in Hunan province.
