The tennis serve is the only one on the court not to be interfered by the opponent to hit the ball,the service technology is good or bad can even set the trend of the match.How to improve the level of serve has become an important part of tennis training.This paper explores the effective training methods to improve the tennis serve speed by looking for the correlation between the lower limb fast strength and the tennis serve speed under different working forms.In order to provide experimental basis and theoretical basis for the improvement of tennis service teaching and training level.This article USES the literature material method to summarize previous research and combing,and through expert interview method to get the test index,at last,by experiment method,experiment research,the research is divided into two stages,the first stage: sampling subjects in three different jumping under the form of lower limb strength index(FMAX and RDF)fast,and the different service court flat firing the ball and the topspin serve ball velocity,probe into its relevance.Stage 2: The subjects were randomly divided into three groups and given different training interventions to analyze the differences in serving speed between the three groups before and after the intervention.The research results are as follows: 1.The Fmax and RDF of the squat jump and the deep jump are highly correlated with the serving speed.2.The serving speed of the squat jumping training group was significantly improved after the experiment3 There is no significant difference in the increase in serving speed between the squat jumping training group and the deep jumping training group when serving the flat shot.4.There were significant differences between the squat jumping training group and the other two groups when serving topspin.The following conclusions can be drawn: 1.The lower limb fast strength indexes Fmax and RDF in the form of squat jump and deep jump are highly correlated with serve speed.2.The squat jumping training group can improve serve speed of flat serve and topspin serve;The deep jump training group can obviously improve the flat serve,but not the topspin serve.3.When serving a flat shot,the increase in serving speed in the regular training is small,which is significantly different from the other two training methods.That is squat jump training = deep jump training > routine training.4.When serving topspin,there is no difference between the regular training and the deep jump training on the serving speed,while the squat jump training has significant differences on both the regular training and the deep jump training.Squat Jump > Routine = Deep Jump.
