Preschool education is the beginning of lifelong learning,an important part of the national education system,and an important social welfare undertaking,which is directly related to the development of my country’s overall education.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,my country ’ s preschool education has developed rapidly,but preschool education is still the shortcoming of the entire education system.The current situation of the kindergarten teachers is insufficient,low quality,and low salaries.These three problems have become current The bottleneck restricting the healthy development of preschool education in our country.In order to stabilize the teaching team,clarify the real reasons for the flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.Based in Lanzhou City,this research will investigate,analyze and discuss the research issues through six steps.It is hoped that mutual verification will be conducted in three aspects: investigation and analysis,interview and analysis,and existing research conclusions.The first step:sorting out the literature.Read books and papers related to research,have a preliminary understanding of teacher mobility,determine the topic selection based on personal interest and existing research,comb and analyze the existing research,and set up the preliminary interview outline and the basic dimensions of the questionnaire.Step 2: Pre-interview.Get a preliminary understanding of the current basic situation of the flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in public kindergartens and the factors that affect the flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,and supplement the setting of the dimensions of the follow-up questionnaire.The third step: compile and distribute the questionnaire.Based on the analysis results of the literature results and referring to the questionnaires of previous scholars,the questionnaire was designed and compiled,and the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current status and influencing factors of the flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens in Lanzhou.Step 4:Sorting out and analyzing the questionnaire data.Including the descriptive statistical analysis of the status quo and the correlation analysis between the two.Step 5:Comprehensive data combing and strategy research.It aims to synthesize all the analysis results of literature,interview materials and data inspection results,sort out and summarize,and discuss the results.The sixth step: the final strategy discussion combined with the theory of comprehensive compensation.The specific layout of this article is as follows:The first chapter defines in detail the core concepts involved in the research,comprehensively combs and analyzes the current status of teacher mobility,influencing factors and countermeasures.The research institute is based on the theoretical foundation,and has made detailed analysis and introduction of research ideas,research methods,research objects,research tools and their scientific explanations,scientific examination of research tools,data analysis and processing methods.The second chapter focuses on exploring the status quo.Firstly,it presents the experience,frequency and intention of the flow of non-commissioned teachers in public kindergartens;secondly,it analyzes the difference of temporarily empoyed teachers flow between different groups and urban public kindergartens.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the influencing factors of the flow of non-staying teachers in urban public kindergartens.The main factors that affect the flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens are economic factors,including wages and benefits;wages and benefits are negatively correlated with the intent of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,indicating that wages and benefits will affect temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.The higher the wages and benefits of teachers in the permanent staffing,the lower the intention of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens to move.The family factor of temporarily empoyed teachers in public kindergartens in urban public kindergartens is negatively correlated with the intention of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,indicating that family factors will affect the mobility of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.The higher the degree of family support,the higher the degree of family support,the greater the degree of temporarily empoyed in urban public kindergartens.The lower the flow intention of compiling teachers.The management system and working atmosphere are negatively correlated with the intent of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,indicating that the management system and working atmosphere will affect the mobility of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.The better the management system and working atmosphere,the better the urban public kindergartens.The lower the flow intention of teachers in the compilation.The family factor of temporarily empoyed teachers in public kindergartens in urban public kindergartens is positively correlated with the intention of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.It shows that the greater the work pressure,the higher the intention of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens to move;that is,the lower the pressure of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,the stronger their stability.The family factor of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens is negatively correlated with the intent of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.It shows that the higher the personal development needs of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens,the lower their mobility intentions,and vice versa.The fourth chapter first combs the comprehensive salary theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory to sort out the conclusions drawn from the investigation,analysis and discussion of 215 non-career kindergarten teachers in 17 kindergartens in Lanzhou.Secondly,it puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote the rational flow of temporarily empoyed teachers in urban public kindergartens.Reinforcement and promotion of the government department,encouragement and encouragement treatment;perfection system,guarantee of rights and interests;Established
