The instability of the kindergarten teachers is a problem that has been troubling the development of kindergartens for a long time.In recent years,with the rapid development of early childhood education,the number of children in public kindergartens has increased rapidly,and the demand for teachers has increased greatly.Besides the establishment,a large number of personnel agents have been recruited,which makes the status of teachers in public kindergartens diversified.Under the influence of various factors,such as establishment,evaluation and employment of professional titles,the phenomenon of teacher turnover in public kindergartens is becoming increasingly serious,which has become a new problem in the construction of kindergarten teachers in the new era.This study is committed to the investigation and analysis of the current situation of the loss of hired teachers in A state-owned preschool education group of zaozhuang,shandong province,to summarize the causes of the loss,and based on this to put forward the strategy conducive to stabilizing the hired teachers in public kindergartens.This study mainly adopts interview method to collect and study the data,and USES archive analysis method and questionnaire survey method as the auxiliary.Through the investigation of the loss of hired teachers in 5 kindergartens of A preschool education group in zaozhuang,shandong during the six years from 2013 to 2018,the specific contents of the investigation include three aspects: the age,teaching age,education background,professional title and other basic personal information of the lost hired teachers;Loss of teachers' salary,working hours,social security,job destination and other living conditions;Factors affecting the loss of hired teachers.On the basis of investigation and research,the author analyzes the causes of the loss of hired teachers in public kindergartens from three aspects: social factors,kindergarten factors and teachers' personal factors.It is found that the reasons for the loss of hired teachers in public kindergartens are as follows: first,the influence of economic security and social requirements on hired teachers;The second is the influence of kindergarten management and humanistic environment on the appointment of teachers;The third is the influence of teachers' personal quality and psychology on the employment of teachers.In view of the above reasons,the author puts forward the following Suggestions for the stable employment of teachers in public kindergartens from three levels: government,kindergarten and teachers.First,the government should increase financial input and support,improve relevant laws and regulations;Secondly,the kindergarten implements equal pay and treatment for equal work,and creates a good working and cultural environment;Thirdly,teachers should set up a correct professional view and keep learning confidence.
