Coaches, athletes and sports psychologists are concerned about how to reach the highest point of the performance, usually Peak Performance the most likely comes out under The Zoom or Flow State. Among the many psychological intervention methods, mindfulness-based interventions can promote awareness of the moment, awareness and non-judgmental(mild)acceptance, mindfulness also more compatible to Flow’s theory than traditional cognitive-behavioral techniques that stressed to change non-adaptively bad ideas.This study is intended to use mindfulness to promote athletes’ Flow state, Hubei shooting team 14 athletes participated in, through the relevant indexes measured and the implementation of mindfulness training programs, analysis the research obtain the following three conclusions:(1) The operation of mindfulness training and the analysis of it’s effectiveness.Seven-week mindfulness training(including classes and exercises) used in this study is effective, the effect of the training continue to the eighth week after the training ended, but weakened; to maintain a high level of mindfulness, need athletes insist exercises after the class in the training process, maintain good motivation and continue practicing to form inner mindfulness, fully demonstrated the effectiveness of mindfulness training; under conditions permitting, long-term mindfulness training is proposed.(2) The relationship between mindfulness and related psychological traits. This study has once again proven the relationship between mindfulness and athletes’ flow state and provides supporting evidence: it is necessary to carry out long-term mindfulness training for Shooters. In terms of the mechanism of mindfulness, this study supports the Upward Spiral Model of Garland et al.(2010), through the analysis of the relationship between mindfulness and Shooters’ de-centering and rumination state proved the importance of de-center, and added Regulatory Emotional Self-efficacy in this model, to form a initiative model, and strengthen the motivation and frequency of mindfulness practicing, promoting characteristics of mindfulness andthe formation of positive qualities.(3) The moderator role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy. This study confirms the moderator role of regulatory emotional self-efficacy between mindfulness and Shooters’ flow state.
