Since the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities in 1999,China's advanced development of higher pedagogy has made considerable progress.However,the contradiction between the training of postgraduates of higher pedagogy masters and the actual needs of social development has become increasingly prominent and has received extensive attention from the society.The quality of higher pedagogy talents has become the key to promoting the development of their disciplines.It is imperative to implement the quality improvement project.The training program,as a guiding document in the process of personnel training,is the key to improving the quality of higher pedagogy personnel training,and provides a path for the development of personnel training.Therefore,it is very important for the training unit to carefully formulate and continuously improve the training programs for improving the quality of graduate students.Based on the geographical distribution,this study selected 15 training programs for postgraduates of higher pedagogy in three types of training units as research subjects.It is respectively 5 subordinate normal universities,5 provincial normal universities,and 5comprehensive universities.On the basis of combing and summarizing the research results of the predecessors,the text analysis method and comparative approach method were used to compare and analyze the training objectives,the learning period,the curriculum setting,the training methods,and the dissertation requirements in the training program.Explore their similarities and differences.At the same time,we also found that there are deficiencies in the training programs of the 15 postgraduates for postgraduates in higher pedagogy,which mainly focus on the following five aspects:Training target positioning is more blurred,the length of learning does not meet the social development trends,the curriculum is not rational,the mentors' responsibilities are not clear,and dissertation requirements are not specific.Therefore,this study make suggestions for optimization from these four aspects:give full play to the functions of national governments,provide policy guidance and financial support,attach importance to the training of higher pedagogy personnel,strengthen exchanges and cooperation,clearly define the importance of training programs,strictly formulate and implement,and improve the basics of training programs.From the five aspects of clearly define the training objectives,reasonably adjust the number of years of study,optimizing curriculum settings,clarifying the responsibilities of instructors,and strengthening the work of dissertation work,we put forward improvement measures for the basic contents of the postgraduate training program for higher pedagogy.Hope to promote the continuous improvement of the postgraduate training programs for higher pedagogy,improve the quality of personnel training.
