A Study On The Influencing Factors Of Role Transition Of High-level Basketball Players In China

In the nineteen major reports of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping explicitly called for "careful planning,vigorous implementation,constantly creating a new prospect for the development of China’s sports industry,and speeding up the construction of our country into a sports power." Sports is not only a physical sport,but also a way of life,an educational means,a spiritual carrier.It is an effective way to cultivate healthy body,shape sound personality and promote the overall development of human beings.Nowadays,with the rapid expansion of the enrollment of high-level basketball players in Colleges and universities,the graduates of high-level basketball players are also increasing.The following problems of employment and graduation,as well as the transformation of identity roles are becoming increasingly prominent.This study takes the role transformation of high-level basketball players as the research object,and uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,expert interview,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics,etc.to study the influencing factors of corner color transformation of high-level basketball players in the Northeast competition area of Cuba,The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem of social adaptability of high-level basketball players’ transformation.The results show that:(1)There are differences in the employment rate of high-level basketball players in different universities.(2)After graduation,high-level basketball players choose to work in unrelated basketball.(3)After graduation,high-level basketball players show dissatisfaction with the first employment.(4)The influencing factors of the role transformation of high-level basketball players in China are summarized into four factors: personal factors,family factors,school factors and social factors.The following suggestions are put forward:(1)From the personal point of view,it is suggested that the role transformation of high-level basketball players should be pragmatic and enterprising,adapt to the changes of environment,strengthen role learning regularly,actively communicate with other professional roles and be good at learning from practice.(2)From the family point of view,it is suggested to pay attention to family education,active cooperation and reasonable guidance of parents.(3)From the school point of view,it is suggested to improve the education system and carry out employment consultation and guidance.(4)From the social perspective,it is suggested to speed up the role transformation of high-level basketball players,and suggest to strengthen the development of sports and implement the policies to improve the working environment of high-level basketball players.
