| Gradually along with our country economy to market-oriented economy system,the rapid development in sports teams at the same time,the athlete’s retirement problem has become the social focus.Athletes training in our country adopt \ "the system\",and cultivate an excellent athletes need good coach team,adequate logistical support,appropriate training venues,on manpower,material resources,financial resources are need to pay.Full recovery in recent years our country track and field training part of the high level of track and field athletes,how reasonable placed high levels of retired athletes,looking for suitable for their retirement transition path,not only relates to the personal development and the future of the athletes,sports team’s long-term stability,but also related to the long-term development of China’s track and field events and circulation of talent,is a key problem to be solved.This article through the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis method,to investigate the current high level track and field athletes former intention and the transformation of identity choice as the core,combined with retired high level track and field athlete employment situation and social demand for high level athlete carries on the SWOT analysis,aimed at our country current high level of track and field athletes retired selection and provide guidance on identity transformation,make it better understand the social status and their own conditions,can be more effective and reasonable for the retired accordingly prepare ensure more optimized utilization of the talents of track and field in China and allocation,reduce the talent loss and waste.This paper studies the main conclusion is as follows:1 high level athletes in active service intention to give priority towith master graduate student degree,but still there are contradictions between learning and the phenomenon of \ "degree.No culture\",part of the athletes of higher education to adapt to degree is poorer,and his cultural degree of education planning.2 high level track and field athletes intended employment direction is still in active service is given priority to with sports industry,employment intention industry choice is concentrated.On the one hand,this phenomenon by athletes for understanding in recent years,the relevant policy and system is low,on the other hand due to their own for retirement unprepared,choice is narrow.3 high level track and field athletes’ approach is still in active service government resettlement is given priority to,independent employment proportion compared with the past has increased but still thought more conservative,on choosing jobs are still some disadvantages.Self-employment failed to become the main employment channels of athletes.active high level track and field athletes,though on the revenue forecast is higher,but the attitude to retirement and transformation of employment is not optimistic.4 active high level track and field athletes about their jobs and weak identity transformation plan,the relevant study independently consciousness is poorer,social cognition and the lack of relevant professional education and skill training,cognition to the transformation of intention of industry is low,lack is bigger.5 high level athletes in active service intention transformation dominated by students or sports related professional identity type,and to the transformation of their own identity consciousness is weak,need a long time to adapt to the identity of the transformation,the corresponding knowledge reserves and reserve is less.6 rising demand for high level athletes in the society,offers a wide range of employment and a better employment environment,but at the same time related job requirements and conditions are more complicated and the talent requirements more stringent.High level athletes in China moreemployment opportunities,employment face wider but at the same time,face greater challenges. |
