Plyometric training is one of the important means to improve the explosive force of lower limbs, and the explosive force of lower limbs plays an important role in the sports performance of students majoring in cheerleading. On the basis of researching plyometric training methods and training intervention effects, this paper, from the point of view of training science, combines the technical characteristics of cheerleading, takes "deep jump" as plyometric training method and "group jump" as two training methods, investigates the influence of different training methods on the explosive strength of lower limbs, and compares and analyses the deep jump training results before and after the experiment. As well as the influence of two training methods of conventional cheerleading quality training on the development of students’ explosive force of lower limbs, thus providing certain theoretical basis and reference value for the development of students’ explosive force of lower limbs or training practice. In this paper, through the methods of documentation, expert interviews, experiments and mathematical statistics,24 students of Cheerleading elective class in 2017 of China University of Geosciences were selected as the experimental subjects, and the two groups were tested before the experiment. There was no significant difference in jumping ability between the two groups.Subsequently, the subjects were randomly divided into two groups, one group was normal training group(NG),and the other group was group-jumping.Quality training;the other group is the plyometric training group(PG),which adopts the quality training mainly based on deep jump, and the other quality training is the same.In this experiment, the main indicators of the experiment are the in-situ vertical jump, triple jump and basic quality evaluation, which verifies the effect of super-equal length training on the explosive power of the lower limbs of Cheerleading students. The research conclusions are as follows:1.From the results of the experiment, the scores of SJ and CMJ of NG group and PG group were improved in different degrees. The scores of CMJ and SJ of PG group were significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.05);the scores of CMJ of NG group were also significantly different before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).(P < 0.05);the in-situ vertical jump(SJ)index scores of NG group before and after the experiment were improved to some extent, but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).The results show that the deep jump training can effectively improve the lower limb explosive power of Cheerleading students.2.From the point of view of the index score of continuous vertical jump, the index score of continuous vertical jump in NG group and PG group has been improved in varying degrees, but the PG group is better than the NG group. There was no significant difference in the scores of continuous vertical jump indexes before and after the experiment in NG group(P >0.05),but there was significant difference in the scores of continuous vertical jump indexes before and after the experiment in PG group(P < 0.05).3.Comparing the quality score of triple jump between the NG group and the PG group, the action score of PG group is higher than that of NG group, and there are significant differences in the quality score of completion between the two groups, mainly in the aspects of movement cohesion, flying height, landing stability and attitude control. From the motor evaluation score, although the experimental scores of the two groups were better than those before the experiment, the scores of the PG group were better than those of the NG group.Plyometri training means have a certain impact on the quality of technical movements of cheerleading.
