| Plyometric training is a method to develop explosive power.Choosing the proper training methods and methods is the key factor that affects the effect of the rapid expansion and compound training.The study found that fast and flexible training on sandy and hard media has their own advantages,but obviously sandy land has a smaller risk of muscle injury than hard land.Therefore,this article will make a comparative study of the effects of the fast-stretching compound training exercises on the sand and hard interfaces in 8 weeks.and explore the difference between the two media on the development of the explosive power of the lower limbs of the subjects when performing rapid flexion compound training on the sand and hard ground,so as to find a better training method To promote its explosive growth.At the same time,in the training process,the risk of injury is minimized to maximize the benefits of training,which helps athletes develop explosive power,improve athletes’ performance,obtain higher training efficiency and improve performance.This paper uses literature,experimental,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis methods to explore the impact of sand and hard rapid compound training on the explosive force of the lower limbs of male sprint second-level athletes.The following conclusions are obtained through analysis and research:1.Athletes’ special physical qualities are improved after the compound training experiment on the fast and stretchy sand and hard ground: the standing long jump test score is improved compared with the pre-training test score,and the difference is significant.2.Athlete squat jump(CMJ)test comparison of various parameter indicators Before the training experiment,the differences in the four parameters of the vacant height,maximum force value,maximum power and initial take-off speed of the sand field group were significant,and the increase in ground reaction force was small Not significant,the difference in the five parameters of the altitude of the hard ground group,ground reaction force,ground reaction force,maximum force value,maximum power and initial take-off speed was significant.It shows that the rapid expansion and contraction composite training method selected under this experimental condition has a better practice effect on improving the explosive power of the sprinter’s lower limbs. |
