Study On The Amount Of Pricing Subsidy For Government To Purchase Sports Facilities Service

Government purchasing public sports service is a government to build a service-oriented government and implement modern management mode innovation,the practice of the current our country government purchasing public sports services is booming,but for the government to buy public sports service pricing issues have been few studies,government purchase of public sports service pricing subsidies directly related to the government’s budget,financial service efficiency of funds and the government to buy sustainable healthy development of public sports service.Therefore,it is very important to study the pricing subsidy amount of public sports services purchased by the government to promote the establishment of the pricing mechanism of public sports services purchased by the government.As the main undertaker of public sports service purchased by the government,the service price compensation given by the government is related to the quality and effect of the service provided by the sports facility operators.In this paper,the government of Yangpu District to purchase fitness services as an example,through interviews and field investigation methods to understand the sports facility operators for the government to purchase sports facilities service price compensation of the actual demand.The citizens are the direct beneficiaries of the government’s purchase of sports facilities services,and the citizens’ willingness to receive compensation directly affects the price subsidy amount of the government’s purchase of sports facilities services.In this paper,based on the questionnaire analysis of citizens’ willingness to receive the government’s fitness subsidies,the conditional value assessment method(CVM)is used to measure the value of citizens’ willingness to receive compensation(WTA),and through binary logistic regression analysis of the factors affecting citizens’ willingness to receive compensation,to provide a reference for the government to purchase sports and fitness services to establish a pricing subsidy mechanism.The main research conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.Citizens generally have the willingness to be compensated for the government’s fitness subsidies.2.Taking the average price of a single exercise of 50 yuan in the market as an example,the average willing value of citizens to be compensated for the government’s fitness subsidy is 22%,that is,the government’s single exercise subsidy is 11 yuan.3.Monthly income of citizens and whether they often participate in physical exercise significantly affect citizens’ willingness to receive compensation.the lower the income,the more inclined they are to receive high government subsidies.People who regularly participate in physical exercise are more inclined to high subsidies.the places to participate in physical exercise have significant influence on citizens’ willingness to receive compensation.People who take exercise in commercial fitness places are more inclined to receive low subsidies.4.The operating subjects of sports facilities have a positive attitude towards the government’s purchase of sports facilities services.The pricing of the government’s purchase of fitness services should be calculated according to the service person-times,and the pricing method should be the difference subsidy method,and the subsidy method is cash compensation.The suggestions of this study are as follows:1.We will establish a differentiated standard system of fitness subsidies.2.The pricing of sports facilities services purchased by the government shall be based on the service person-times of the undertaker.3.The pricing of sports facilities purchased by the government should consider the willingness of the public to compensate for the fitness subsidies.
