| "Integration of sports and education" is an important concept of building a sports power and education power,and is the requirement of the development of the times.As one of the most popular campus sports events in China,CUBA is considered to be the forerunner of "integration of sports and education".This graduation project includes two parts: elaboration report and works.The graduation project is an in-depth report entitled climbing the peak,"integration of sports and education" creates a new height——the CUBA’s counterattack story of Ningbo University Men’s Basketball team.This paper mainly describes how the Ningbo University Men’s Basketball team builds a high-level sports team,how to cultivate high-level athletes.The work describes how to build a high-level sports team by improving the level of coaches,training to make up for the disadvantages of enrollment,and making full use of the school and social resources.At the same time,it reveals that under the current policy and competition system,Ningbo University men’s basketball team is faced with the problems of poor enrollment,and the connection channel between Cuba and CBA is not smooth.It needs relevant policies and measures to improve.Through the experience of Ningbo University men’s basketball team,this work hopes to provide experience and lessons for other colleges and universities to build high-level sports teams and cultivate high-level athletes.The work elaboration report elaborates the graduation design works from four parts: the background purpose and significance of the topic selection,literature review,in-depth report,work creation analysis,experience and lessons.On the basis of reading a large number of literature and materials,the author uses the methods of in-depth interview,observation,experiential interview and literature research to carry out research and investigation,in order to reveal the specific path of building a high-level sports team in Ningbo University. |
