| On September 21,2020,the General Administration of Sport of the State and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Physical Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents,which put forward 37 measures from eight aspects,including strengthening school physical education and improving the system of youth sports events,in an all-round way to deepen the integration of physical education and promote the all-round and healthy growth of adolescents.Since the opinion of "integration of sports and education" was issued,many provinces and cities across the country have actively explored new ways of integrated development of sports and education,and constantly improved diversified ways of training outstanding competitive sports talents,so as to provide more protection and choices for young athletes.However,there are still some problems in the concrete implementation process of grassroots sports schools and schools,and grassroots coaches are the backbone of cultivating sports reserve talents,and an important part of the mining,conveying and policy practice of sports talents.In this context,this work focuses on coaches of grassroots sports schools,focusing on specific and typical sports figures.From the development situation and realistic predicament of grassroots coaches,it explores the training of young athletes,observes the education practice dominated by the integration of sports and education policy and the change of educational concepts brought by the policy.It is expected to arouse the attention of the society to the grassroots coaches through in-depth reporting,so as to provide references for better training of sports talents under the background of "integration of sports and education".The graduation project is divided into two parts: creation report and in-depth report Zhu Aijun: Grassroots Practitioner of the integration of sports and education.The creation report elaborated in detail from five parts: creation background and significance,creation planning,creation process,work analysis and experience and lessons.From the literature analysis to determine the theme of the works,focusing on the "integration of physical education" and "grassroots coaches";From the analysis of a large number of in-depth reports on sports figures to determine the reporting methods of the works;Use interview method,case analysis method,literature method and field observation method to obtain the story and situation information,so as to enrich the character story.In the actual writing process,based on the theories of journalism and communication,the author is committed to digging deeply into the character events and analyzing them from a diversified perspective.During three months,through the participative observation of the interviewed subjects and the physical training and competition site,the author deeply interviewed a grass-roots competitive sports coach of the physical education school in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,to understand his coaching history and current situation and obtain first-hand information,aiming to show the specific path of the integration of physical education for the training of reserve sports talents by the coaches of the grass-roots sports school in Zhenjiang City.Starting from the individual,the report focuses on coach Zhu Aijun,which is divided into seven parts: introduction,a girl’s quiet turn around,predicament and cocoons breaking,"grinding" time,a thousand-li horse often,but not Bo Le,"seeking" a way out and choosing a lifelong career.At last,there is a gathering and writing sketch "I and the integration of sports Education",which records the author’s perception of the integration of sports education.Through the in-depth report,it is found that the competitive sports coaches of grassroots sports schools are closely connected with grassroots sports schools at present,and the policies,funds and security of grassroots sports schools play an important role in the daily training,competition and athlete cultivation of grassroots sports coaches.At the same time,the grass-roots coaches are facing the pressure from many sides.In their work,they should complete the tasks of sports schools and primary and secondary schools on sports team’s sports performance.A lot of time and energy should be spent in training to improve the technical level of athletes;In daily life,they should keep in touch with and coordinate with athletes and their parents,and the grass-roots coaches should assume various roles.In the process of creation,it is also found that even in the face of various difficulties,grassroots coaches are constantly looking for a way out,deeply practicing the "integration of physical education",insisting on equal emphasis on cultural education and professional training,committed to cultivating excellent competitive sports talents,and creating more possibilities for young athletes. |
