Research On Student Management Innovation In Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of Informatization

In recent years,the enrollment scale of higher vocational colleges in China has been expanding,which will inevitably require a large number of new campuses.At the same time,the serious lack of management personnel and teaching resources leads to the relatively backward management and development of students in higher vocational colleges.In addition,with the decline of the quality of students every year,the complexity and difficulty of student management in higher vocational colleges are increasing.At this stage,the traditional student management mode and method can not meet the actual needs of vocational colleges.In the face of the new situation and new technology brought by big data,how to do the student management in higher vocational colleges and how to vigorously promote the construction of student management information in higher vocational colleges have become the most challenging problem of student management.At present,the information management of students in higher vocational colleges is still in the initial stage,and the corresponding system is not perfect.In addition,the level of information is not high,so we still in the lack of people-oriented management method.Therefore,how to improve the level of intelligent information management of students in higher vocational colleges is an urgent problem.According to the specific problems in the practice of information in vocational colleges,this paper puts forward reasonable,effective and innovative countermeasures and suggestions to these problems,and makes an in-depth analysis of these problems.In the first chapter,this paper introduces the background and significance of student management informationization in higher vocational colleges,and points out that the informationization of student management in higher vocational colleges is a general trend and an urgent problem to be solved.The second chapter elaborates the relevant concepts and theories,including the definition of the core words of higher vocational colleges,information technology and student management innovation,and the introduction of the relevant theoretical system.The third chapter summarizes the current situation of student management in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the current situation of student management in L higher vocational colleges under the information background through investigation and analysis.The fourth chapter from the current higher vocational college students management informationization,the use of information technology means and its effect,the construction of information technology literacy of the students management team and,for the student management in higher vocational colleges under the background of informatization level are studied,status quo and problems of informatization of the positive role of student management in higher vocational colleges and the existing problems are listed one by one.In the fifth chapter,based on the collection of preliminary data and the investigation and interview of relevant personnel,I put forward innovative suggestions from the four aspects of ideology,resource structure,management means and team quality.Finally,the thesis summarizes the whole text in the conclusion,and puts forward some ideas for further research.
