Research On Higher Vocational College Students Management Innovation

In the new period, because of the vigorous publicity and support from the national government, the higher vocational college has entered a rapid development stage. Higher vocational education, as one special form of education has been gradually recognised by people, More and more parents are willing to accept higher vocational education. However, the trouble with this is whether higher vocational education can really cultivate professional talents with skills or not. In fact, it is significant for higher vocational colleges to carry on effective management to the student. Throughout most of the actual situation of domestic higher vocational colleges, we can find that there are many problems, i.e., the management system is incomplete, the current management methods still remain in a comparatively unenlightened state, the concept of management is outmoded. Therefore, the study of student management innovation is needed in order to achieve strong and fast development of higher vocational colleges.Based on the present situation of higher vocational colleges and problems in student management, we study on this topic from the perspective of how to effectively carry on student management. First of all, through access to relevant data, we learn the main concepts and related theories in this field. Second, after analyzing the actual situation of higher vocational colleges, we summarize the current domestic present situation of higher vocational colleges in terms of student management, and put forward some attributions of the important problems that exist in the present situation. Third, conduct a questionnaire survey to cpllect information about student management by taking Zhejiang Institute of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as a case study, and data of questionnaires are analyzed and the conclusion is made. Finally, drawing lessons from foreign methods of effective management of higher vocational education, we put forward some innovation countermeasures which can provide a new way for student management of higher vocational college.
