Research On Performance Evaluation Of Educational Informatization In Higher Vocational Colleges

In the information age, the penetration of education informatization grows steadily,which is mainly embodied in the innovation and development of information technology and the deepening of the research theory. On the national level, education informatization benefits from the support from the national policies. When making development plans,all levels of government increase investment in education and thus, vigorously promote the development of education informationization. However, currently governments are still the biggest investor in education informatization. Because of the original local financial system, different regional fiscal situation leads to the difference in spending on education informationization. In some regions with bad fiscal situation,education informatization investment stays at a relative low level. Due to this, inadequate investment in education informatization arises. Moreover, there are many problems related to the use of funds for education, such as underplaying education informationization and appropriating the special funds. Even when the funds can be justly used, investment for the maintenance and management of facilities as well as the construction entity is well in want. The result is bound to make the development of education informatization under repression. With the method of literature research,comparative analysis,and empirical analysis,this article,based on their financial work practice and theoretical study on the basis of summarizing the practical experience of work, endeavors to do some theoretical research. From the perspective of theory, firstly, collect the performance evaluation of education informatization related to the theory research at home and abroad. Then, build the performance evaluation system of education informatization in higher vocational colleges in Jiangxi under the framework of the fiscal expenditure performance evaluation plan. Finally,put forward some investment strategies to optimize the Jiangxi vocational colleges education informatization.After the research,this paper concludes to highlight investment focus,and achieve investment objectives; Improve the level of technological innovation and increase the training cost; Further deepen countermeasures, such as promoting production-study-research cooperation degree,which can solve real problems in the current performance evaluation system of education informationization.
