Chinese higher vocational colleges(hereinafter referred to as vocational colleges)has gone through the rapid development,rapid expansion of the stage,is moving towards a comprehensive upgrade of the quality of education and teaching,attentions to the connotation of the development of a new stage,especially in recent years,The State Council" The development of modern vocational education decision",The Ministry of education," Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Development Action Plan(2015-2018)"and other policies have been introduced,vocational colleges and ushered being in a new development opportunities.As the culture of human cultural heritage,universities play Khalid ents,cultivate and practice the socialist core values,mission to promote Chinese culture responsibility.Man creates environment,environment shapes man.The growth and development of college student community management and service level and students are complementary,universities of different types,different levels and different educational needs of the students in the student community management and service function,is not the same.As an important part of university management,student community management should take the national educational goal and the talent training target as the task,and construct a scientific and rational personnel training system.College student community is the most concentrated,the longest,most extensive and most active activities,exchange of ideas is most likely to occur where unexpected incidents,the student community has become the first university student society,second families and third class.Therefore,paying attention to and promoting the management and service level of students' community is closely related to the safety,stability and effectiveness of Higher Vocational education.In this paper,Taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an Example,Through literature study?questionnaire and interview investigation method,analysis of the current situation of student community management in higher vocational colleges;analysis the existing infrastructure supply satisfaction is not high,the management and the service satisfaction is not high,security risks and other issues;further analysis of the existing problems is because the community,lack of management institutions,professional managers equipped with factors such as lack of overall design caused,according to the relevant provisions of the principle of management of college students and higher education management,combined with the orientation of higher vocational colleges,talent training goal and learning situation analysis,with the same type of university community management successful practices,using the governance theory and the theory of object management,and points out that the university should be duty bound to play a leading role in community management,through a series of management and administration,to encourage and guide students to carry out the work of community,self And students for the community to provide management and services,through the planning of community construction and community supply increase,the establishment of community management and service center,innovation management,strengthen the goal task oriented,strengthen community management team construction,especially to establish mutual linkage mechanism,collaboration,innovation quality education,to implement the student oriented education philosophy,innovation of community cultural carrier and other initiatives,management and service combine with educating,scientific and rational integration of resources,planning,organization and implementation,and constantly improve the students' community management and service level,to promote the students' healthy growth.
