The Collaborative Mechanism Of Ideal And Belief Education For College Students Is Constructed And Studied

Ideals and beliefs serve as spiritual calcium and souce of strength in the development of a person.In the education of college students’ growth and talents,the education of ideals and beliefs always occupies an important position,which is very important to cultivate the ideological and political quality of college students in the new era.The education of college students’ ideal belief is a systematic project,and only by realizing the synergy among the internal elements can we improve the relevance and effectiveness of college students’ ideal belief education.Therefore,only by applying the concept of synergy to the practice of college students’ ideal and belief education can we better establish the mechanism of students’ ideal and belief education and realize the coordination and cooperation among the elements of college students’ ideal and belief education,which is not only the objective requirement to improve the effectiveness of college students’ ideal and belief education at present,but also an important condition to alleviate and solve the contradiction between the various elements in the development process of college students’ ideal and belief education.This paper consists of four parts:The first part is mainly a theoretical overview of the problem,starting withthe definition of the relevant concepts of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideals and beliefs,to determine the core concepts,and to further find out and enrich the necessity of research from the theoretical point of view.On this basis,the theoretical basis of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education is investigated.Then it discusses the practical necessity of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education,which lays a theoretical support for the cooperation of the full text.The second part analyzes the present situation of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education,especially from the static and dynamic aspects,and combs the current achievements and existing problems.Only in this way can we put forward practical countermeasures for establishing the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education.The third part,based on the first two parts,grasps the theoretical system of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education,and analyzes and puts forward the general requirements of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education.To establish the goal of cooperative education between ideal and belief education and other courses,to establish the goal of cooperative education between departments and to establish the goal of cooperative education of ideals and beliefs of the whole society with complementary advantages.At the same time,it puts forward three principles of educating people,which are consistent in the goal of educating people,common development in all directions,mutual integration of teaching and practice.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the present situation and the general requirements of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education in the second and third parts.And it puts forward the effective path to realize the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideal and belief education,which is explored from four aspects: the main body,the resources,the knowledge and the environment.And it also highlights the important role of the coordination and interaction of the elements in the construction of the cooperative education mechanism of college students’ ideals and beliefs.
