| Autism spectrum disorder(ASD)is also known as autism.In recent years,the number of autistic children is on the rise.The current treatment and growth problems,future employment and life problems of autistic children have become a serious problem affecting the family and society of autistic children.At present,the causes,diagnosis and treatment of autism are recognized as difficult problems in the world.Although some achievements have been made in Neuromedicine and genetics of autism at home and abroad,the clinical effect of behavior training and rehabilitation therapy is not obvious,and there is no effective intervention method.How to effectively improve the children’s stereotyped behavior and movement disorder is an urgent problem.In recent years,more and more researchers think that dyskinesia is one of the accompanying symptoms of autism.This study focused on the intervention effect of Lexiang gymnastics on the stereotyped behavior and movement disorder of autistic children.16 autistic children were intervened with Lexiang gymnastics for 6 months by experimental method.Through the behavior observation and comparison before and after the intervention,and the data analysis and evaluation of the scale.The experimental results show that:(1)Before and after intervention,there were significant differences in the degree of autistic children(t = 9.38,p < 0.001),in interpersonal relationship(t = 5.68,p < 0.001),imitation(t = 11.98,p < 0.001),emotional response(t = 3.95,p = 0.001),body use(t = 2.41,p = 0.029),object use(t =7.65,p < 0.001),adaptation to changes(t = 3.34,p = 0.004),visual response(t = 2.42,p = 0.029),Listening responses(t = 1.00,p = 0.333),The scores of near sensory response(t = 2.61,p = 0.020),activity(t = 2.82,p = 0.013),and overall impression(t = 2.45,p = 0.027)decreased significantly.(2)Before and after intervention,there was significant difference in stereotyped behavior(t = 8.86,p < 0.001),self injury behavior(t = 4.04,p= 0.001),forced behavior(t = 6.18,p < 0.001),ritual behavior(t = 6.14,p <0.001),the same behavior(t = 8.17,p < 0.001),and narrow behavior(t =5.16,p < 0.001).(3)Before and after intervention,there was a significant difference in the movement disorder of autistic children(t =-8.91,p < 0.001).The dimensions of lying position and turning over(t =-6.01,p < 0.001),sitting position(t =-3.14,p = 0.007),climbing and kneeling(t =-3.57,p = 0.003),standing(t =-5.69,p < 0.001)and walking,running and jumping(t =-4.17,p = 0.001)were significantly improved.(4)Before and after the intervention,the frequency of stereotyped behavior of autistic children decreased,and the movement performance changed.The conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)After intervention,the autistic degree of autistic children was improved,interpersonal relationship,imitation,emotional response,body use,object use,adaptation to change,visual response,near sensory response,activity amount and overall impression were changed,while auditory response,anxiety response,language communication,non-verbal communication and intellectual function were not significantly changed.(2)The stereotyped behavior of autistic children decreased after intervention,and the stereotyped behavior,self injury behavior,forced behavior,ritual behavior,the same behavior and narrow behavior were improved.Lexiang gymnastics has a good effect on the body action,language repetition,interest and attention.(3)Enjoyable gymnastics can improve the movement obstacle of autistic children,as well as lying position and turning over,sitting position,climbing and kneeling,standing and walking,running and jumping.After the intervention,the children with autism had significant progress in coarse movement,fine movement and movement coordination disorder. |
