| In recent years,my country’s physical education has received strong support from the national government,but college students are still developing in the direction of overall decline in physical fitness.Talents are the foundation of the nation ’s foothold in the world’s nations.The country’s sustainable development is closely related to the physical health of college students.The university period is the key to forming a lifelong awareness of physical education.Whether a good attitude towards physical exercise will affect them The future study and life will have an important impact.The research on how to improve college students’ willingness to exercise,promote the conversion of sports willingness to physical exercise behavior,and develop good exercise habits is particularly important.The best way to enhance physical fitness is to exercise.Research has found that the willingness to exercise is the core factor that determines the generation of individual physical activity behavior.As the ancient capital of the Six Dynasties,Nanjing has a total of 53 ordinary colleges and universities,and is "the city with the most educational development capacity in China".Therefore,this article takes the social ecology theory as the perspective,uses literature review,mathematical statistics,questionnaire surveys,and interviews,takes exercise willingness as the dependent variable,and makes relevant analysis with school,interpersonal,policy,family,and community as independent variables.Taking Nanjing university students as the survey object to explore the status quo and influencing factors of their willingness to exercise,and put forward corresponding improvement strategies,provide theoretical reference and practical support for improving the level of physical activity of university students,and offer advice and suggestions for school sports in colleges and universities.Conclusion as below:(1)School,policy,interpersonal relationship,and family have a significant positive influence on the willingness to exercise,while the community has a negative influence on the willingness to exercise.The order according to the size of the impact is:school>interpersonal>policy>family.(2)At the school level,the teaching ability of physical education teachers has the greatest impact.The order according to the size of the impact is: physical education teachers’ teaching ability>school sports equipment situation>school physical training atmosphere.(3)At the interpersonal level,friends often participate in physical exercises.The order according to the size of the impact is: friends often encourage participation in physical exercises> improvement of sports skills is largely due to friends> participates in physical exercises with friends.(4)At the policy level,sports policy implementation resources have the greatest impact.The order according to the size of the impact is: sports policy implementation resources> government awareness of the role of sports> government policy guarantees for the development of sports work.(5)At the family level,the degree to which parents like to participate in physical exercises has the greatest influence.The order according to the magnitude of the impact is:how much parents like to participate in physical exercises> parents take the initiative to care about college students’ physical exercises in school>Family members participate in sports activities together It is used as a family leisure and entertainment activity. |
