Since late October2012, students run1000meters,800meters,the dead dead marathon death, cancel long distance running, physicalfitness, physical decline, the news was the major media coverage,caused the government, schools, parents, social concern, to the schoolsports and school physical care and concern!College students as themain force of the high-quality talents, has the responsibility to havea healthy body to undertake the implementation of socialistmodernization and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’shistorical mission.The stage of the university sports profound impacton people’s life, it is closely linked with social sports, school sportsand social sports is crucial transition, but also the basis forlife-long sports, badminton movement because of its own advantagesbecome the University Public Physical Education Curriculum of thepopular elective course, by college students favor, manyparticipants.This paper mainly uses the questionnaire method,literature method, expert interview method, mathematical statisticsmethod, through a survey of college students in Nanjing City badmintonparticipants exercise consciousness and exercise behavior, understandthe participant sports cognition, motivation, subjective exerciseexperience and exercise behavior, reveal the relationship betweensports cognition, motivation of exercise, exercise experience andexercise behavior, to guide and supervise the students often take partin physical exercise, to develop the habit of exercise, form lifelongsports consciousness, and encourage students to take physical exerciseawareness into exercise behavior, so as to improve college students’physical and mental health, enhance physical fitness.Through researchthe following conclusions:(1) Participants, the number of girls boys have little differencein grades and majors; constitute a more comprehensive; the overwhelmingmajority of participants health is good and excellent state; mostparticipants can adhere to regular physical exercise; exercise groupparticipants is the main form and friends, classmates, friends of theball; participants exercise organization places on campus and stadiumbadminton hall. (2)90.08%participants know or know exercise method for somescience;79.76%of participants were able to fully understand theconcept of health;80.48%college students know "content outline ofthe nationwide body-building plan";74.64%participants know theconcept of lifelong sports;81.76%participants know the concretecontent of "Student Physique Healthy Standard" country.(3)Participants exercise motivation in health dimension scores thehighest, followed by the pleasure dimension, shape dimension scoresthe lowest; participants in different gender exercise motivation havesignificant differences in health dimension and fun dimensions,different grades of participant motivation of exercise does not havethe difference; different professional participants exercisemotivation in healthy, fun, ability, social dimensions existsignificant differences.(4) Participants subjective exercise experience the highestscores are positive well-being, followed by fatigue, the lowest scoreof psychological troubles; boys and girls in three dimensions:subjective exercise experience, there is no obvious difference indifferent grades; participants in the subjective exercise experiencepositive well-being dimensions exist significant differences, nosignificant differences in psychological troubles and fatiguedimensions; there was a significant difference in the differentspecialized student badminton participants in subjective exerciseexperience positive well-being and fatigue dimensions, and differencesin psychological troubles dimensions did not reach significantlevel.The majority of participants.(5) The44.32%participants in the exercise frequency per week lessthan one,78.48%participants in each exercise time in more than60minutes,58.14%participants selected secondary and above intensity.(6) Participants on sports cognition level and exercise behavioris positive correlation, but the correlation is not obvious.(7) There was a significant correlation between participantsexercise motivation and exercise intensity, exercise frequency andexercise time, exercise behavior and exercise motivation positivelycorrelated. (8) The exercise time, exercise frequency and exercise intensityand exercise experience significant correlation: there was asignificant difference between the exercise frequency and subjectiveexperience of positive well-being and fatigue dimensions; exerciseintensity has significant differences in positive well-being andpsychological troubles dimension; the exercise time and subjectiveexercise experience in positive happiness there was a significantdifference between the dimension.
