Research On The Status Quo And Countermeasures Of The After-school Sports Trusteeship In Nanjing Elementary Schools

The results of the physical health survey of primary school students in recent years show that the health status of primary school students in China is not very optimistic,and a series of conditions,such as the decline of vision level,the rise of body mass index and the decline of exercise ability,etc.In order to curb this bad momentum,the country has also continuously introduced relevant policies and measures in recent years,requiring various ways and means to enhance the health of young people,and actively improve the level of learning environment to promote the healthy growth of primary school students.At present,with the reform and development of education and teaching in the country put forward to reduce the burden of students,increase the time of physical exercise related policies,the provincial education departments at all levels in order to reduce the burden,the implementation of early afternoon school teaching Learning management mode,because of the characteristics of China's national conditions,most families belong to double-duty families,which leads to parents off-duty time and students after school inconsistent problems.The Nanjing Municipal Government began to introduce the policy of "flexible leaving school ",actively advocated the implementation of the school through after-school trusteeship activities to help parents solve the problem of difficult to pick up children,in after-school sports trusteeship to carry out rich and colorful sports activities,students according to their interests and hobbies voluntarily choose their favorite sports,through the continuous introduction of relevant policies,after-school sports trusteeship over the past few years has achieved certain results,with the support and affirmation of most parents,with the development of in-depth,in the specific implementation of the continuous exposure of various problems and to be resolved.This paper adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and so on,taking the present situation and countermeasures of after-school physical education trusteeship activities as the research object,through the investigation of students,teachers and parents of physical education trusteeship in Nanjing primary school,as well as the interviews with school leaders and leaders of sports trusteeship institutions,we can grasp the implementation of after-school physical education trusteeship activities in Nanjing primary school,find out some problems and put forward corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,it also provides a reference for Nanjing Primary School to better carry out after-school sports hostingactivities.The study concluded that :(1)12 schools in Nanjing After the school sports hosting sports activities carried out in good condition,students and teachers have given a good evaluation,participation enthusiasm is relatively high,but parents think that the teaching effect needs to be improved.(2)Most of the time periods during which physical education activities are carried out in school after school are between15:30 p.m.and 17:00 p.m.from Monday to Friday.Pupils choose their own activities and teach in groups.The intensity is mainly of medium intensity,which can meet the needs of most students.However,some schools have too many students with one coach because of the shortage of coaches.(3)Adoption of an in-school sports trusteeship Education and exercise urge pupils to strengthen their physique,improve their self-confidence,master motor skills,enhance friendship and promote learning.(4)The main influencing factors of students' participation in after-school sports hosting activities are lack of equipment,lack of sports items of interest to them,and lack of exercise time.(5)Due to the large number of physical education hosting activities in school after school,the wide range of teachers' sources,the different age,academic qualifications and qualifications of physical education hosting teachers lead to the difference of teachers' teaching level.(6)The majority of parents believe that after-school physical education trusteeship through the school platform is still relatively agreed,students in school.
