| Freestyle skiing aerials are the ace in Chinese snow sports,known as the "snow pioneer".Good explosive power is an indispensable physical quality for aerial athletes,which can provide support for completing more difficult movements.Effective power training methods can help improve athletes’ performance.Post-activation Potentiation effect is an immediate effect,which refers to the phenomenon that the body causes an acute increase in power after a short period of resistance training in advance.Based on this,this study through different load of the squat exercises for the optimum load for freestyle skiing aerials athletes’ lower limb explosive power,so that they can arrange the training load intensity and intermittent time,improve the effect of lower limbs’ explosive power to get better training for athletes,and provide valuable reference.In this study,by using the method of literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics,10 male freestyle skiing aerials youth athletes from Shenyang Sport University did 70%1RM,80%1RM,90%1RM squat practice,then they were tested with 30 meters run,vertical jump,long jump and TMG in five time points(3 minutes,6minutes,9 minutes,12 minutes and 15 minutes after squat practice).The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The effective period of PAP is 6-9 minutes after 70%1RM of squat exercise;The effective period of PAP is 9-12 minutes after 80%1RM of squat exercise;The effective period of PAP is 9-15 minutes after 90%1RM of squat exercise.The main manifestations are low TC value of the vastus lateral muscle of both legs,less decreased DM value and significantly improved performance.(2)The TC value of the muscle state is inversely proportional to the exercise load.The larger the load,the smaller the optimal value of TC.The DM value decreased after each load stimulation.(3)The peak value of lower limb explosive force appeared at the time point of 9minutes after 70%1RM squat exercise;The peak value of lower limb explosive power after80%%1RM and 90%1RM squat exercises appear at the 12-minute time point.(4)After the comparison of the recovery time points of three different loads,it is found that the performance and muscle state after 90%1RM squat are better than that of80%1RM and 70%1RM.90%1RM squat exercises can promote the lower limb explosive power. |
