| Purpose:The pneumatic resistance training equipment was used to intervene the subjects.The differences between the baseline and after-intervention of Peak Ground Reaction Force(PGRF),Rate of Force Development(RFD),Impulse,Peak Power(PP)and Jump Height(JH)under different protocols,different load intensities and different recovery times were compared,and then the influence of the post-activation potentiation effect of different protocols on the explosive power of lower limb was analyzed.Methods:On the basis of literature and expert interview,12 kinds of induction protocols(Appendix B)were worked out.12 male track and field athletes with firstclass sports level were recruited.Using Keiser equipment,they were induced to backsquat with load intensity of 70%1 RM and 85%1RM in traditional set(no intra and 180s interval),cluster A set(3s/6s intra and 120s interval)and cluster B set(9s/18s intra and no interval).After 4 and 8 minutes,test the relevant index of CMJ.Excel of Microsoft and SPSS software were used to collect and analyze the experimental data.Results:(1)Compared with the baseline,after the protocol 1,the differences of PGRF,impulse and JH were not significant(P>0.05),but the differences of RFD and PP were significant(P<0.05);After the protocol 2,the differences of PGRF and impulse were not significant(P>0.05),the deference of RFD was extremely significant(P<0.01),and the differences of PP and JH were significant(P<0.05);After the protocol 3,the differences of PGRF,impulse and PP were significant(P<0.05),and the differences of RFD and JH were extremely significant(P<0.01);After the protocol 4,the differences of PGRF,RFD,impulse and PP were significant(P<0.05),and the deference of JH was extremely significant(P<0.01);After the protocol 5 to protocol 8,the deference of impulse was significant(P<0.05),and the differences of PGRF,RFD,PP and JH were extremely significant(P<0.01);After the protocol 9 to protocol 12,the differences of each variable were extremely significant(P<0.01).(2)The interaction effects of induction mode,load intensity and recovery time were not significant(P>0.05).The main effects of induction mode of PGRF.RFD,impulse and PP were extremely significant,and cluster B set>cluster B set>traditional set(P<0.01);The main effect of load intensity was significant,and 85%1RM>70%1RM(P<0.05):The main effect of recovery time was significant,and 8 minutes was more than 4 minutes(P<0.05).The main effect of JH induction mode was significant,and cluster B set>cluster B set>traditional set((P<0.05);The main effect of load intensity was extremely significant,and 85%1RM>70%1RM(P<0.01);The main effect of recovery time was significant,and 8 minutes was more than 4 minutes(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)The post-activation potentiation effect of cluster set mode has a positive effect on lower limb explosive power,and the induction effect is better than the traditional training mode.(2)Control the total interval time fixed,and the pneumatic resistance training with cluster set with long interval time between times(within group)has more prominent post-activation potentiation effect and has better promotion effect on lower limb explosive power.(3)Under the cluster set mode,the lower limb explosive power training effect induced by 85%1RM load intensity is better,and the performance of PGRF,RFD,Impulse,PP and JH is higher than that of 70%1RM load intensity.(4)Under the cluster set mode,the post-activation potentiation effect of 8 min recovery after intervention is more significant than that of 4 min,which can more effectively promote the growth of lower limb explosive power. |
