After the "September 18th" Incident,people from all walks of life regarded education as a way to save the country and actively sought new ways to reform education.Among them,labor education became a hot topic.From theoretical exploration to active practice,labor education has formed a relatively large-scale labor education movement in the promotion of all sectors of society.In order to achieve education,save the country and rejuvenate the nation,the movement aimed at solving the problem of education disregarding labor and the separation of education from life through "educational labor and labor education".This is also a movement deeply influenced by Western labor education thought and practice.It is an important turning point for our country to re-combine education and labor.It can be seen that labor education in China has been highly valued during the Republic of China.However,the current education research field has not yet conducted a comprehensive and systematic analysis and research on labor education in this period from a historical perspective.Therefore,through the study of this movement,we can have a more objective and comprehensive understanding of the development of labor education at that time,so as to make up for the vacancy of labor education in the study of Chinese education history.With the establishment of the Nanjing National Government,although there were official leaders and a relatively stable system,In the 1930 s,China still faced two problems of the times,One was national political internal and external troubles,social and economic bankruptcy.Leading to new requirements for "education to save the country" in the academic circles;the other was the phenomenon of "education bankruptcy" appeared in China at that time,and a series of problems within education urgently needed reform.Under the call of the times,all sectors of society have begun to advocate labor education.Among them,academic scholars and educational organizations have carried out theoretical explorations on the labor education that China needed at that time.The scholars’ discussions mainly focused on the following aspects: first,they conducted a theoretical analysis of Western"labourist education";second,they proposed the educational goal of"education through labor and labor education",and third,they want to meet the requirements of "production and life education".Educational requirements for "professional and professional".Fourth,the implementation methods and principles of "integration of teaching and doing" and "hands and brains" are advocated.Similarly,educational organizations have also played an important role in theoretical exploration,which is mainly reflected in two aspects: one is the newly established educational organizations that promote labor and production education at that time,and the other is that some of the established educational organizations have also convened a series of "labor and production education."Education" as the theme of the annual meeting.Scholars and educational organizations provide theoretical and ideological support for the theoretical exploration of labor education.While the academic circles are exploring theoretically,all parts of the country have begun to actively practice labor education.The National Government actively formulated relevant policies and systems for labor education,requiring all provinces,cities,and counties across the country to implement labor education,which also provided an institutional basis for the practice of labor education.Under the guidance and requirements of theories and systems,all provinces,cities,and countries have gone up and down,and schools at all levels and various types have actively carried out labor education practices.At the same time,the Ministry of Education held a national labor exhibition to stimulate the nation’s enthusiasm for the implementation of labor education and promote the development of labor education.Implementation across the country.Finally,think about the characteristics and influence of the labor education movement in the 1930 s.The labor education in the 1930 s was aimed at national rejuvenation,and received the participation,attention and support of all sectors of society,which had a positive impact at that time.It not only deepened the people’s attention to labor and promoted the reform and development of education at that time,but also conformed the development trend of the current world education trend.
