The development of information technology has changed the traditional mode of production.Under the shared economy environment, the traditional employment relationship of enterprises seeking fixed employees has begun to be weakened. The"Crowd" can already replace the relatively stable internal and external labor force to some extent. The labor market,as the foundation for constructing social and economic forces,is also undergoing systematic changes and reshaping.Informal workers and freelance professionals have entered online labor market relying on numerous Internet platforms to achieve labor supply and demandThe crowdsourcing labor market, such as Upwork.com,Freelancer.com and Zhubajie.com,is the research object and one of the important part of online labor markets However, despite the rapid development and diversity of the crowdsourced online labor market, the current crowdsourcing labor market is still in the initial stage of exploration, and many user behaviors and economic phenomena have not yet been systematically studiedSimilar to the traditional labor market, the crowdsourcing labor market can be also divided into two or more levels of markets under certain conditions.Crowdsourcing labor market also has the phenomenon of labor movement or labor market segmentation. The conditions that create an online labor market segmentation can be discriminatory factors, market factors,or industry factors.Once the labor market segmentation phenomenon is formed, unfair competition mechanisms will be created, resulting in uneven distribution of wealth and the loss of talents. How to balance and improve the efficiency and fairness of the labor market and promote its healthy development is a topic that scholars continue to pay attention to both the traditional labor market and the online labor marketThis study uses transaction cost theory and labor market segmentation theory as the basis, and combines relevant researches based on crowdsourcing online labor market in recent years for anylasis.First, this research found that the crowdsourcing labor market can be divided into two types:bidding market and employment market, and there are obvious differences.Based on this,a panel data regression model is established to study the logical relations among venders' market choice, growth of reputation and task characteristics.Second, through the division of different stages of the crowdsourcing labor market,we use the panel data logit model to analyze the flow of vendors and use the panel regression model to examine the reputation influence mechanism. The results prove the existence of labor market segmentation. Finally, using cluster analysis and regression modeling to verify the industry segmentation of the crowdsourcing labor market, and through the panel data threshold model to compare the different credit mechanisms among different industries.Through empirical research and analysis, the main conclusions of this paper include:First, the crowdsourcing labor market is a major component of the online labor market.Generally,it can be divided into online bidding market and online employment market.Among these types, the trading mode of the bidding market can be further divided into a reward mode and a tender mode. The transaction mode of the employment market can be further divided into a fixed-price mode and a customized mode. The transaction process is quite different and the services in each mode are different.Second, the transaction costs in the crowdsourcing labor market model are quite different. The employment market is friendlier to vendors due to low search cost and short transaction flow. When the reputation of the venders is high enough, the online employment market will become its primary choice. At the same time, when the vender picks up more large-scale projects, the reputation will play a less important role in the fixed-price model and has a greater impact in the user customization mode.Third, there exsits crowdsourcing labor market segmentation based on the different trading models. After entering the market monopoly stage, the liquidity under different trading patterns weakened, and the flow barrier between the two sub-markets has been formed. At the same time, with the increase in bidding market participation rate, the vendors' revenue has dropped significantly, indicating sub-market revenue differences have also been generated. Finally, there is an industry segmentation phenomenon in the crowdsourcing labor market. There are significant revenue differences between information technology and marketing support, creative and multimedia, clerical and translation and other services. At the same time, the credit mechanism is also different between different industriesThe main innovations of this study are:(1)We made a new refinement and supplement to the existing market trading patterns in the global crowdsourcing labor market. At the same time,we put forward the classification of the submarket of the crowdsourcing labor market;(2)We put forward the labor market transfer mechanism of the crowdsourcing vendors. We have proved that the reputation of the crowdsourcing vendors and the characteristics of the tasks have influence on crowdsourcing vendors'movement among the labor sub markets;(3)The concept of the traditional labor market segmentation is introduced into the new online labor market, and the existence of the online labor market segmentation under the crowdsourcing environment is confirmedIn general, this dissertation analyzes and discusses the crowdsourcing vendors'movement and online labor market segmentation in a crowdsourcing environment through a unique perspective. It has strong theoretical and practical significance. It provides policy inspiration for strengthening the supervision and support of the crowdsourcing labor market, searching for new business models and mechanisms, and the establishing a unified standard and credit system among industries.
