At present,with the emphasis on vocational colleges,its scale has been rapidly expanded,and the number of students has also increased significantly.At the same time,the number of graduates from colleges and universities is also increasing,which causes the graduates of vocational colleges to face huge challenges.In order to alleviate this situation,the state has also made a lot of efforts and introduced many measures to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of vocational college graduates.However,in many vocational schools,the vocational instructors who mainly undertake students’ career courses,vocational counseling,and vocational psychological counseling have not received enough attention.Therefore,the construction of professional vocational guidance teachers has become a very urgent task.Therefore,this article takes the construction of the professionalization of vocational instructors in vocational schools as the topic of choice and has important research and reference significance.This article is mainly divided into five parts:Chapter One Introduction.This chapter mainly clarifies the background and significance of selecting vocational school vocational guidance teachers as the main research body of the article,and summarizes the research on vocational guidance theory,practice,and guidance teachers.The second chapter is the definition of the core concept of career guidance and the significance of promoting the professionalization of career guidance teachers.This chapter starts from several core concepts such as vocation,vocational guidance,and vocational guidance teachers,and expounds the significance of vocational schools to vigorously develop vocational guidance and promote the professionalization of vocational guidance teachers.The third chapter is an overview of the research on the professionalization of vocational guidance teachers in vocational schools.This chapter starts from the theoretical basis of the research on vocational instructors,combs the theoretical basis for the development of vocational instructors,and explains which aspects of the professionalization of vocational instructors for professional training and what professional qualities should be possessed.The fourth chapter is the investigation of the status quo of the professionalization of vocational guidance teachers in vocational schools.This part mainly adopts the method of questionnaire survey,taking vocational guidance teachers as the survey object,and surveys the professional construction of vocational guidance teachers,so as to understand the status quo,existing problems and emergence of professional construction of vocational guidance teachers in vocational schools.The cause of these problems.The fifth chapter is suggestions for strengthening the construction of vocational guidance teachers.Through the investigation in the previous chapter,we can recognize the problems and reasons existing in the professional construction of vocational guidance teachers in vocational schools,and then put forward suggestions for improvement.Explaining from multiple dimensions,it aims to promote the professional construction of vocational guidance teachers in vocational colleges and better prepare students for employment in Japan.In short,through combing the professional construction of vocational instructors in vocational schools,understanding its development status and existing problems,studying foreign development experience,and providing experience for the construction of vocational school instructors in our country.
