The secondary vocational school has become half of the education in China because it continuously enlarged enrolling the new students and the scales of the school.But as training middle rank professional talent,students administration has become more and more difficult since a lot of reasons in the Secondary Vocational School.As a result, the vocational sluggishness of instructor in the Secondary Vocational School currently become special protruding. The vocational sluggishness of instructor is an important issue in the students administration. Famous psychologist Pi Yajie said, "all of the effective works must has been in the condition of interest.'That is to say, good working result must undertake in the condition of full working enthusiam and potential working interests.As to the instructor,working interest is the necessary premise to work better in students administration. The quality of instructor is quite flexible, only when you transfer the potential quality into effective education action,it can achieve the best education effection.This kind of transferring is restricted by many factors. The vocational sluggishness of instructor is the most important factor. It can gradually wear down instructor's enthusiasm and subjective initiative,and hardly elaborate the potential talent,reduce the working enthusiasm and lost the working interest,as a result,it will lead to descend the education quality.Therefore,for the health of the instructor,the students administration and the future of the students, we must try to prevent and relieve the vocational sluggishness of instructor as soon as possible,at the same time, it can vigorously develop and promote the education career in China. To analyze the reason of the vocational sluggishness of instructor,and take the effective ways to eliminate it should not be ignored.This study draw materials from the quality,and make use of narration study ways.The materials come from the interview between the author and three instructors who work in the Secondary Vocational School.Through deeply interviewing and observing, the author sorts out their interviews and narrations as both a narrator and a researcher, She describs and analyzes their stories and her own experiences to reflect the vocational sluggishness of instructors in the Secondary Vocational School.The main ways to eliminate the vocational sluggishness of instructors:1.Promoting instructor's social and economy position, and taking better care of them.2.Optimizing the administration, explicitign instructor's duty.3.Training and finding good ways for the instructors. 4.Carrying out psychological assistant,release the instructor's pressure. We hope through the study ways deeply study the vocational sluggishness of instructor in the Secondary Vocational School to develop the vocational education for reference.
