Research On The Symbiotic Development Of Community Sports Parks And Grassroots Sports Organizations

With the continuous development of my country’s national fitness industry,various grassroots sports organizations such as square dancing,running groups,and Tai Chi have emerged as a new force,showing a doubling in number and speed.Social problems such as "square dance disturbing the people" and "chaotic use of community sports venues" have also emerged.In this context,speeding up the symbiotic development of community sports parks and grassroots sports organizations is a powerful measure to solve sports venues,regulate social order,and drive mass sports participation.This paper uses field investigation,questionnaire survey,interview and other research methods to put the two in the same framework of symbiosis theory,explores the status quo of the coordinated development of community sports parks and grassroots sports organizations in Chengyang District,and deeply analyzes the current existing Problems,and put forward practical suggestions for the symbiotic development of the two.The survey results show that:(1)The symbiosis unit itself produces insufficient energy.The supply and demand of community sports parks are misplaced,and the utilization rate is low;grassroots sports organizations have insufficient endogenous motivation and loose management.(2)Poor energy conduction at the symbiotic interface.The government does not pay enough attention and guidance,and lacks later support and guidance;there is less exchange of sports and cultural activities,and the propaganda method is lagging;there is a shortage of sports talents and a lack of social sports instructors.(3)The symbiosis environment is not ideal and lacks practical and operable regional institutional norms;the economic development level of each street is different,showing a trend of strong east and weak west;and insufficient development of the natural and human environment.(4)The symbiosis model lacks a reciprocal mechanism,and relying solely on the government’s "oneself" is not enough to support the long-term development of the symbiosis subject.The government’s dominant position in the allocation of community sports resources also makes the market,social organizations,and the masses insignificant.In response to this,the following solutions are proposed:(1)Optimize the symbiosis unit and increase the energy supply.The precise supply of community sports parks should be strengthened,regularly maintained and improved;grassroots sports organizations should be improved,and written management regulations should be formulated and improved.(2)Enrich the symbiosis interface and establish a mutual benefit mechanism.The government should play a good role as a service provider,and should continuously produce energy from multiple aspects such as funds,venues,and information;take multi-level sports and recreational activities as the main line to carry out special activities;broaden the channels for talent acquisition and implement the effect of community sports guidance.(3)All-round development and foster a good symbiosis environment.Multi-departmental linkage and cooperation to formulate practical and efficient management processes;community sports development centers are set up in each street to coordinate sports resources;the local natural scenery,cultural and historical resources are fully excavated,and measures are adapted to local conditions to develop local characteristics.(4)Make use of multi-party efforts to build a mutually beneficial symbiosis model.The government should devote more energy to policy formulation at the macro and meso levels;market entities should play their capital functions to promote the market-oriented operation of community sports parks;grassroots sports organizations should improve their ability to undertake public sports services,and community residents should perform well Proposal and supervisory responsibilities.
