The globalization of economy offers enterprises more opportunities along with fiercerexternal competition. Unless does possess excellent human resources and take advantages ofevery individual’s ability and potentiality, can a certain company survive, develop andsucceed in the globalizing procedure. Ernst Werner von Siemens, the founder of Siemens AGonce said:” For a business to thrive, all staff must unite and co-operate closely, workpleasantly with high efficiency. The enthusiasm of the staff is the foundation of the success ofthe company.” In a tougher market, the development and prosperity of a company largelydepends on the staff’s working efficiency and their extra role behaviors. Thus, how topromote the working enthusiasm and strengthen the employee’s organizational citizenshipbehavior has been an important subject in enterprise human resource research.The thesis analyzed Literature on perceived organizational support, QWL, PCA, OCB,and made a summary of the shortcomings in the existing research. Through the methods ofQuestionnaire investigation and empirical research, the thesis mainly discussed:(1) therelationship among POS, PCA, QWL and OBC;(2) the mesmeric effect of PCA among POS,QWL and ORB when PCA served as an intermediate variable.The objects of the questionnaire investigation are employees in the Pearl River Delta,Hunan Province and Shanghai, etc. The Author delivered many questionnaires and recollected297valid ones in the end. The thesis analyzed the reliability, validity, regression and multipleregression of the collected data by using statistical software SPSS16.0and AMOS17.0. Andstatistics shows that (1) organization support bears obvious positive effects towards QWL,PCA and OCB. And so does the QWL towards PCA and OCB;(2) PCA has partial mesmericeffect towards OS and OCB. And so dose PCA towards QWL and OCB.On the basic of sufficient research, the thesis comes up with some practical suggestionsand measures in human resource management.Firstly, the enterprises should improve QWL in order to strengthen employees OCB.Secondly, the enterprises should enhance the POS of the employees and promote itsmanagerial ability level.Finally, the enterprises should reinforce staff’s PCA so as to further the employees’ senseof responsibility towards the company itself.
