In recent years,postgraduate entrance examinations have become a hot topic.The pressure caused by the substantial increase in the number of postgraduate entrance examinations has caused mental health problems for various groups of postgraduate entrance examination groups.The collection of postgraduate entrance examination-related information in the preparation stage is particularly important.Postgraduate entrance examination groups often search for valuable postgraduate entrance examination information through various media channels to meet their own information needs.At the same time,they will also cause anxiety due to missing some important information.This is when individuals fail to obtain information in the event of their absence.One kind of anxiety that arises during my experience is the anxiety of missing out.This article takes the postgraduate entrance examination group as the research object,explores the differences in online information search behaviors under the psychology of missed anxiety,in order to provide suggestions for alleviating missed anxiety and improve the efficiency of information search for different levels of missed anxiety group.At the same time,it also serves the information platform for postgraduate entrance examination groups.Provide reference.First of all,this article sorts out and analyzes domestic and foreign literature on postgraduate entrance examination groups,missed anxiety,and network information search behaviors.It introduces related concepts and basic theories in this article.According to ISP theory,the network information search behaviors of postgraduate entrance examination groups are divided into initial,selection,and exploration.,The six stages of opinion formation,collection,and expression,and refer to previous research on the behavioral variables of online information search from task initiation,information source selection,initial construction of search formulas,information source replacement,browsing exploration,reconstruction of search formulas,social search,and browsing results There are 9 levels of selection results,and user evaluations.The behavior variables needed to explore the differences in online information search behaviors are proposed,and the task completion time variable is added.Secondly,this article uses a combination of experimental method and questionnaire survey method to recruit 68 users to conduct network information search behavior experiments.Collect data through screen recording function and questionnaires,use SPSS software to perform descriptive analysis,analyze differences in online information search behavior under high and low miss anxiety,and analyze differences in online information search behavior under different postgraduate entrance exam groups under miss anxiety,revealing errors and errors under anxiety Differences in network information search behaviors of postgraduate entrance examination groups.The results showed that the postgraduate entrance examination group with high and low missed anxiety psychology in the online information search behavior in the task initiation,information source selection,information source replacement,browsing exploration,reconstruction of search formula,browsing results,selection results,user evaluation level and task completion time There are significant differences;the level of missed anxiety of the late candidates has behavioral differences in information source selection,information source replacement,browsing exploration,selection results,user evaluation levels,and task completion time;fresh candidates choose information sources and initially construct retrieval formulas,Browsing exploration,reconstruction of search formulas,social search,user evaluation levels,and task completion time have behavioral differences;while previous candidates have behavioral differences in information source selection,information source replacement,browsing exploration,reconstruction search formulas,browsing results level,and task completion time There are differences in behavior.Combined with retrospective interviews,it summarized the possible reasons for the variable distribution of the postgraduate entrance examination group in the high and low missed anxiety group and the possible reasons for the variable that there is no difference in the online information search behavior of the high and low missed anxiety group.Finally,in accordance with the research results,relevant and targeted suggestions are put forward for the postgraduate entrance examination group and the information service platform respectively,and the deficiencies of this research,as well as the future research direction and research space are summarized.
