Since China entered a new era,with the high-quality development of market economy,the demand for high-level talents in Chinese enterprises and institutions is increasing.The number of applicants for the master's degree examination in China increased from 1.65 million in 2015 to 3.41 million in 2020.As the main force of postgraduate entrance examination,college students are facing pressure from study,emotion,family,economy,etc.Therefore,there are different levels of anxiety in the review process.At present,there are few researches on the anxiety of college students in China,this paper will focus on the analysis and research of the anxiety of college students.This paper is based on social support theory,self-efficacy theory,rational emotive theory and advantage perspective theory,the research methods are questionnaire,observation,literature and interview.A questionnaire survey of 139 postgraduate students in Dalian D university.Combined with the interview,it is found that the anxiety status of the postgraduate students in D university mainly includes anxiety and agitation,depression,anorexia,restlessness,self doubt,depression,confusion and low efficiency.There are four main reasons for the current situation of anxiety of the postgraduate entrance examination students:study pressure,employment pressure,emotional pressure and life pressure.According to the scores of anxiety influencing factors in the questionnaire of anxiety influencing factors for postgraduate entrance examination,by telephone recruitment and voluntary registration,8 students were selected to form the anxiety relief group of "chongding postgraduate entrance examination".At the same time,design the activities of the group,in the seven activities carried out by the group,there are two activities in the early stage,three in the middle stage and two in the later stage,through communication,interaction and sharing between team members,team members and team workers to explore what anxiety problems exist in the review of postgraduate entrance examination,how to deal with them,and how to communicate correctly and effectively to improve social support capacity,and learn to alleviate the anxiety of postgraduate entrance examination through experience sharing and relaxation training.By comparing the data of the questionnaire of influencing factors of postgraduate entrance examination anxiety before and after,we can draw a conclusion,to some extent,group work is effective in solving the problem of anxiety relief of postgraduate entrance examination students in D university,but the degree of relief is relatively small,the group members still had obvious anxiety.There are also many shortcomings in this study,first of all,this research only selects the postgraduate students of Dalian D university for research,as a general university,D university is representative and special,whether the research results are applicable to other regions and schools remains to be further verified,all the 8 members who participated in the group activities were the current postgraduate entrance examination students,not including previous postgraduate entrance examination students;secondly,in the process.of group work,social work theory and practice are not closely linked.thirdly,I lack of practical experience,the design of group activities should be further optimized;Finally,whether the long-term intervention of group work is effective in alleviating the anxiety of postgraduates need further discussion.
