| In today’s society,people can use intelligent terminals and mobile networks to complete study,work,shopping,entertainment and other related matters,no longer limited by space and time,which greatly improves the efficiency and convenience of information users.But information technology is a double-edged sword,in giving users convenient also has a lot of problems at the same time,in the process of information users in the use of information technology may be because the information retrieval system quality,information quality and information quantity,information literacy,external factors and individual characteristics,such as self-efficacy internal factors such as the user to produce the emotions such as anxiety,tension,anxiety,the anxiety is information.Affected by the outbreak of new crown,in order to reduce unnecessary security hidden danger and people gathered themselves together,and the government,universities and enterprises and institutions,called on the graduates to participate in the network double will choose,zhaopin,boss straight to hire,cooperated job search platform,such as more and more,but because of a lot of job site with low barriers to entry,regulation is lax,lead to recruitment information quality is uneven,The number of serious overload,fresh graduates in the process of online job hunting often because of screening,processing,understanding invalid information and waste a lot of time and energy,may lead to information anxiety.Therefore,this paper takes tianjin Normal University fresh graduates as the object,studies the influencing factors of information anxiety of fresh graduates in online job hunting,and puts forward relevant measures to alleviate it.This paper firstly sorts out and summarizes the research of scholars in related fields through the literature research method,understands the research status of online job-seeking information anxiety,and preliminarily refines the influencing factors of online job-seeking information anxiety for fresh graduates.Secondly,by reading the literature,it introduces and explains the related concepts and theories of the influencing factors of online job-seeking information anxiety,and lays the foundation for the design of the questionnaire.Then,according to the research data and the preliminary refined indicators,the expert interview questionnaire was designed and interviewed,and the index content was revised and improved based on the interview results,and finally five platform service quality,information quality,information literacy,self-efficacy,and individual cognition were extracted.First-level indicators and 33 second-level indicators,and make research hypotheses on the relationship between indicators,indicators and information anxiety.Then,the "Questionnaire on the Influencing Factors of Online Job Search Information Anxiety of Fresh Graduates" is designed,and preliminary screening and analysis are carried out according to the recovered questionnaire results.The test results show that there is no significant relationship between platform quality and information anxiety,individual characteristics and information anxiety,platform quality and self-efficacy,information quality and information anxiety,information literacy and information anxiety,self-efficacy and information anxiety,information quality and self-efficacy,information There is a significant correlation between literacy and self-efficacy.Finally,according to the survey results,suggestions are put forward for resolving the anxiety of online job-seeking information of fresh graduates from the perspectives of platforms,universities and information users.Specifically,it includes optimizing the service quality of the platform,strictly supervising the recruitment units,improving the information literacy of students,and caring about the psychological quality of college students. |
