Research On The Cultivation Quality Of Applied Talents In Independent Colleges

Independent college is a new mode of higher education with pioneering spirit in China.So far,the independent college has gone through more than 20 years of development and entered a new historical stage.In the face of national major change to the new normal economic and social demands for talents,in the face of higher education system under structural adjustment applied wave transformation development,and the policy guidance of higher education classification management changes,develop high quality applied talents,welcomed by society continuously improving the quality of applied talents training,is whether independent colleges can gain a foothold in the fierce competition in colleges and universities,the key to realize sustainable development.This article to review the related theory of cultivating applied talents,on the basis of reference to other scholars research results,combined with China’s current social development situation and the actual situation of independent college,tries to analyze and summarize influence factors of independent institute of applied talents training quality,which will affect the independent institute of applied talents training quality elements are divided into horizontal and vertical two aspects.The influence factors are divided into two categories: the internal and external of the independent college.The internal factors include six factors such as students,teachers,curriculum and major setting,talent cultivation mode,internal management and school running conditions,and the external factors include three factors such as the parent college of the independent college,industrial enterprises,government and society.Vertical according to the independent college applied talent training activities of the five links: talent training objectives,talent training content,talent training conditions,talent training methods and talent training quality evaluation.On this basis,this paper attempts to build independent college applied talents training quality influence factor model,taking nanjing normal university taizhou college as an empirical analysis case,independent colleges from two dimensions to analyze on the applied talents training quality problems,and then to find the reasons for these problems,put forward safeguard and promote the independent institute of applied talents training quality countermeasure and the suggestion,for the transformation of practice is to promote the independent institute of applied talents cultivation to provide reference and reference.
