Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Applied Talent Training Model In Independent Colleges

Independent colleges is a newly developed model in China.It is the outcome of transforming high education from elite-oriented to mass-oriented.With its fast development,this model expanded a lot,along with which problem occurred,posing negative influences on its teaching arrangement,ability of doing research and administrating work,thus weakening its talents cultivating quality.To solve problems,it is urgent to perfect its educational mechanism,improve its teaching ability,enhance its administrating efficiency as well as enable the independent colleges to develop in a sustainable manner.This article,by making use of documentary method,investigation method and case method,lay out research on constructing a talent cultivation model for independent colleges.Through sorting the literature,this article first elaborated the research background,defined the relative concepts and making analysis on fundamental theories in order to explain the significance of constructing this model.After that,this article described the talent cultivation model of marketing of H college.By making analysis on its problems,this article underlined its problems like having difficulty in implementing teaching plan,being inappropriate in setting up curriculum modules,lacking new teaching methods,being incompetent in safeguarding teaching quality.There are many reasons to blame.First,the theory of cultivating applied talents awaits to be perfected;second,the faculty structure is not proper and unstable;third,rely too much on maternal university;four,the inner system is defective.At last,according to the features of talents cultivation in independent colleges and the rules of running it,this article proposed suggestions on its curriculum setup,practical teaching,faculty establishment and teaching method revolution.This article holds that it is advisable to construct a talent cultivation model for independent colleges with a main purpose to enhance the students' practical ability.To achieve this goal,it is necessary to renovate curriculum system,form a faculty which are flexible in adapting to new environment,renew teaching methods,perfect quality evaluation system and adjusting teaching and learning to the needs of real industries.
