Study On Applied Talents Training Mode Of Independent Colleges

With the rapid development of social economy,the progress of the education career also has development by leaps and bounds.The independent colleges have rise rapidly with the advantages of maternal universities' high quality teaching resources and private mechanism,and become an important part of higher education system.Due to the continuous progress of science and technology and social transformation and upgrading,the demand of application-oriented talents has become urgent,and application-oriented talents have become the training objectives of independent colleges.But because of late start,being influenced by the maternal universities and traditional teaching concepts,the independent college still has some problems in the training of application-oriented talents.In order to ensure the sustainable development of independent colleges,it is necessary to establish application-oriented talents training mode with the characteristic of independent colleges.This article uses research methods of the literature analysis,cases analysis and theory and practice combining analysis,etc.On the basis of reading and analyzing a large number of documents,this paper first makes a theoretical study on the related concepts and patterns of talent training mode,taking the Southeast University Cheng Xian College as a template,and analyzes the problems and causes in the training mode of Applied Talents in independent colleges.Through the study of talent training mode in Germany,Canada and the United States,the reasons for its success are analyzed.Combining with the social transformation and upgrading the demand for talents and the direction of the national innovation and development strategy for talent training,the author draws the experience,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of talent training target,professional setting,talent training program,curriculum system,and the construction of teachers team,so as to improve the training of Applied Talents in independent colleges.With the improvement of teaching quality supervision system and the quality evaluation system of talent cultivation,we can ultimately improve the quality of Independent Colleges' personnel training.
