Study On Optimization Design Of Talent Training Program Of Application-oriented Universities

In the process of the development of mass higher education in our country the applied undergraduate colleges and universities,from the date of its it shouldered the important task of popularization of higher education in our country,to serve the regional economic development as the goal.In 2014 the ministry of education proposed to more than 600 ordinary undergraduate course colleges and universities to applied,in order to improve the function of higher education to serve the society,applied for school-running orientation,training can meet the needs of China's economic and social development of the application of skilled talents.The talent training program is an important prerequisite for the training of talents in application-oriented universities,which is the embodiment of education and schoolrunning thoughts.The science of talent training program in application-oriented undergraduate colleges will directly affect the quality of the cultivation of applicationoriented talents.This study firstly elaborated the research background and significance,defined the core concepts of this study on the basis of literature review,and determined the research ideas and methods accordingly.Secondly,this study on the popularization of higher education theory and the theoretical basis of multivariate quality of higher education,through the literature investigation and statistics,a total of 16 in Shandong,Jiangsu and Anhui provinces of China applied undergraduate colleges and universities personnel training plan formulation(amendment)or text to the principle of statistical data analysis,to explore the cause of the problems.At the same time,some countries and regions have drawn lessons from the successful training experience of applicationoriented talents,and finally put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions on the optimal design of application-oriented undergraduate education programs.The conclusion of this study is that the training program of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities has the following problems: guiding ideology and basic principles are not in accordance with the target orientation of talents training in application-oriented undergraduate colleges;Ignore general education;The curriculum structure system is unreasonable;We will not attach importance to the cultivation of industry-university-research cooperation.For formulating the talent training scheme(revised),through to cultivate applied talents,diverse talent quality,following the graduates knowledge,ability and quality of coordinated development as the guiding ideology and basic principle of the scientific curriculum system,attach importance to general education,cooperation study optimization design applied undergraduate colleges and universities to cultivate the talent training scheme.
